Council

The Town Council constitutes the legislative body of the Town, which includes the mayor and four council members who serve overlapping four-year terms with elections taking place every two years. Members serve at-large, which enables all voters the opportunity to vote on a candidate for each seat. The Town of Blu ton operates under the Council-Manager form of government. Town Manager

The Town Manager is hired by the Mayor and Town Council to oversee the daily operations of the town. The Town Manager, with the aid of two Assistant Town Managers, is responsible for the overall management of the Town.

Town Hall is open Monday through Thursday from 8 a.m. – 5: 30 p.m. and Friday from 8 a.m. – 1 p.m. and is located at 20 Bridge Street.
