Board Briefs Grayhawk Master Association Board of Directors Meeting – December 7, 2020 Development Committee Michael Fee reported that he had spoken to Daryl Wood with Wood, Patel and Associates Inc. regarding the Hualapai Rd. extension. The board discussed the process that the City of Scottsdale will likely take and Paul Alessio noted that the City of Scottsdale will likely seek public input. Don Morse noted that this extension could be problematic for the Cachet neighbor hood because many residents use Haulapai Rd. as overflow parking. Operational Review Committee Dick Zielinski reported that the committee did not meet. Landscape Committee Arlene Smith reported that the committee did not meet. DLC brought in an extra crew to complete clearing the wall areas in Halcon for the painting project. Areas where rye grass did not grow in completely have been spot seeded and mulched over. Two 24” box trees were planed in Los Vientos and Pinnacle. Community Enhancement Committee Stacey Harvey reported that the committee did not meet.
Event Planning Committee Sarah Van Duyne reported that the Concert in the Park was very successful. Circles were drawn in the grass for each party to stay in during the event, and most all people cooperated with social distancing guidelines. The band was very good and seemed to be a hit with residents in attendance. The Santa Parade was a great replacement for the long-standing Santa Party. Kids wrote letters to Santa, which Santa’s “elves” collected as the parade moved through the community. There was a DJ on the wagon with Santa as well as an elf. Kids of all ages enjoyed dancing and everyone looked festive in their holiday attire. Upcoming events include a virtual holiday mixology class, Holly Jolly Bingo and a virtual concert from The 3 International Tenors. Communications Committee Jennifer Sheets reported that the committee had started planning for the 2021 Annual Meeting. While a date is booked at the Grayhawk Golf Club, the committee is also planning to host the meeting virtually in the event that is needed. Either way, there will still be plenty of raffle prizes and a recap of 2020. The committee will also continue to work on communication efforts for the upcoming guardhouse remodel project. Architectural Review Committee Paul Alessio reported that there were two meetings with a total of 19 submittals in November. Budget/Finance Committee Jeanette Griswold reported that the committee did not meet. Executive Committee David Van Omen reported that the committee did not meet. New Business A motion was made and approved to accept the proposal of $6,990 for the ballot printing, distribution and counting service from The Ballot Box for the 2021 GCA Board Election. Treasurer’s Report Jeanette Griswold reported that the GCA expenses were over budget through October due to water and landscaping overages. The GCA has a year-to-date operating loss of $75,144. There was $38,458 collected in Community Enhancement Funds in October and the total balance of the Community Enhancement Fund account is $2,452,169. Management Report Michael Fee reported that the GCA office will remain open by appointment through at least December. CCMC is in process of hiring an Assistant Community Manager to replace Stacey Harvey after she becomes the GCA and RVA Community Manager on January 1.

For most, 2020 was a year worth forgetting, which makes getting a fresh start in 2021 even more appealing. As we step into 2021 we will have more control of how we want things to look. Let’s make a resolution to make it better! Here are 21 ways you can make 2021 a fantastic year:
1. Get Some “Me” Time Join floo-id YOGA for Yoga in the Park every Saturday in January at 9 a.m. This is a great way to clear your mind and social distance while exercising. There is no experience necessary! Just bring your mat, a can-do attitude, and your body will do the rest. Check the Activities section on grayhawkcommunity.org for more information.

2. Run for the Board of Directors This month you will be mailed information regarding the Annual Meeting and how to become a candidate for election to either the GCA or RVA Boards. We encourage you to consider serving your community by running for either the GCA or RVA Board of Directors. Call 480-563-9708 if you have any questions.
3. Join a Virtual Neighborhood Watch If you have a security or doorbell camera, you can register it with the City of Scottsdale CameraEyes program. Through CamerEyes, if a crime occurs in your neighborhood, police can refer to a secure database and contact you to see if anything may have been recorded around the time of the crime. If something suspicious was captured on your camera, you may choose to notify the police department and share the video. Participants are not obliged to provide any surveillance video to police.
4. Get Social Follow Grayhawk on Facebook (Facebook.com/ GrayhawkAZ) and Instagram (Instagram.com/GrayhawkAZ) and stay up-to-date on events, activities and important community news updates.
5. Take Control of Your Health Check out the regular Grayhawk Flight article “Healthy Hints” from resident Tina Uphoff, a Certified Health Coach and Fitness Trainer. She’ll share tips on how to improve your health in 2021. You can also join her for a virtual class on Jan. 12 to learn how to Achieve Your Wellness Goals and Strategies for Clean Eating.
6. Make New Friends
City of Scottsdale and Grayhawk regulations state that dogs must be on a leash when they are in common areas. Regulations also require pet owners to clean up after their pets. Please use the bags provided throughout the community for your convenience, and dispose of them in proper trash receptacles. Neighbors will appreciate your efforts!

8. Be a Responsible Pet Owner
O
The Grayhawk Board of Directors relies heavily on the support of the various committees. From Operations to Event Planning, Communications to Landscape, there is a committee for you. Committees start seating new members after the Annual Meeting in March, so you have plenty of time to research what committee might be the best fit for you!
The early part of the year will offer the perfect weather and opportunity to explore the 30+ miles of trails found in your community. Head to grayhawkcommunity.org and then follow the Life at Grayhawk/Amenities menu tabs to access the trail map.
O W
7. Serve on a Grayhawk Committee
9. Get Some Fresh Air
N
Get out and (safely) get to know your neighbors! Being friendly with neighbors can come in handy when you need a trash can pulled up or have a water leak while on vacation. Plus, having more friends is always a good thing.
Flight | 11
10. Utilize your ABDI Account (Retreat Village Residents) If you live in the Retreat Village, take a minute to get your ABDI Gate Access account set up. You can use gateaccess.net or the ABDI Gate Access App to update your guest list, which will come in handy when the guardhouse remodel project starts later this year. Visit grayhawkcommunity.org/Resident Services/ABDI Gate Access for more information and to request your username and password.
11. Spend Quality Time with Family and Friends Grayhawk events look a little different than they did preCovid, but they are still connecting family and friends. Make a point to sign up for a virtual activity like Jindo Jam Bingo, and keep an eye out for more great virtual events throughout the year (check the Activities section of grayhawkcommunity. org for details). You’ll have fun, see people you’ve been missing and maybe make a few new friends.

They drive the community 24 hours a day with the sole responsibility of observing and reporting any issues on Association property. Community patrol also offers various services for residents including snake removal and a jump start for a dead car battery. Get to know their names, and give them a good wave when they come by. They’ll appreciate it!
13. Get Your Affairs in Order No one wants to think about it, but now is as good a time as any to prepare a will. In addition, you can learn how to appoint someone to make healthcare and financial decisions for you when you are unable to do so. Join Dwornik Law for a Living Trust webinar on Jan. 20 to do just that. Visit the Activities section on grayhawkcommunity.org for more information.
14. Start a New Hobby Now is a great time to find your passion. It could be photography, baking, knitting, or maybe painting! Join us on Jan. 21 as the Painters Lounge for a night of fun and creativity. You might find that painting is your new “thing”.
15. Recycle Right coverage. Right price. Right here in town.

The City of Scottsdale offers a great recycling program, but you have to do it right! For example, don’t place plastic bags or liners in your recycling container as they can damage the equipment used at the sorting facility. Check out the Recycle Right wizard at scottsdaleaz.gov/solid-waste/ collection-guidelines.
16. Practice Gratitude Sip N Tell author Sue Lukenbill talks about gratitude quite a bit. Maybe she’s on to something! Pick up a gratitude journal or even a cheap blank notebook, then write down one thing you are thankful for each day. It’ll boost your mood and instantly make 2021 better than 2020!
21. Let Go of 2020!
17. Contribute to a Cause Giving back to society is a great way to kick off the New Year. Organizations always get a surge during holidays and then tend to see a drop off in support. Check out our community partner, Arizona Helping Hands, at azhelpinghands.org. They have lots of great opportunities to give back!
18. Develop a Green Thumb Desert landscaping is unique in so many ways, but that doesn’t mean you can’t take on the challenge. Let “Our Desert, Our Home” author and Grayhawk resident Victoria Kauzlarich be your guide. Through her blog at ourdesertourhome. com, Victoria helps give those who are new to (and unfamiliar with) the Sonoran Desert a source for what works when landscaping in this environment.
19. Update Your Curb Appeal Consider a front yard refresh. You could paint your door, replace your house numbers, add pavers or spruce up your landscaping. A little can go a long way! Just make sure before you do any work you submit to the Architectural Review Committee for approval. Contact the GCA Office at 480563-9708 for more information.
20. Read a Book – Virtually! The Scottsdale Library recently opened Pegasus, a virtual library branch. It is a great spot to find digital library services. You can get a library card, ask a librarian a question, access materials (books, audio books, magazines, newspapers and more), and engage in virtual learning. Visit scottsdalelibrary. org/virtual-library for more information.

Our Desert, Our Home By Victoria Kauzlarich, Volare
Ahhh…Rosemary What could be better than an edible landscape? You get to feel like a farmer and a landscaper at the same time. And, rosemary is the ultimate edible plant. The fragrance is wonderful. It has that lovely deep green color that we crave here in the desert and as a seasoning, it makes almost everything taste amazing, including in sparkling water when paired with some slices of pineapple or lemon.* Seriously, we use so much fresh rosemary at our house, I HAD to add it to the landscape because the pot-sized plants were never enough. Having rosemary in your landscape is also a great way to keep yourself stocked in dried rosemary. As if all of these wonders of rosemary weren’t enough, you can grow it in pots and there are sufficient species variations to give you just the look you want. There is even a chartreuse/yellow variety that is a real “show stopper” when paired with a deep blue pot. Oh, and with of lifespan of 30 years, all that is required is a little maintenance. 18
| Flight
But, you’re going to eat it anyway, so your only job will be the pruning required when harvesting your plant. See? Perfect. As near as I can tell, there are about 25 cultivars of rosemary and all of them are edible. That said, some of these plants make for easier harvesting than others. After working my way through multiple small potted plants of the stuff, I chose Trailing Rosemary for my landscape.
Characteristics Trailing Rosemary (aka Rosmarinus prostratus) grows to 2’ tall x 4’ wide and sports deep blue flowers, though I must confess that mine has never bloomed (likely because we keep snipping at it). It has straight, needle-like leaves that are about 1” long. The leaves are easy to strip from the stems which makes prepping them easy when you’ve got them on a cutting board. Some of the other species I tried have rather short, curly leaves that are a pain to strip from their stems.
HOW TO DRY ROSEMARY Cut a bunch of it, place it in a single layer between newspapers in a shady spot on your patio or balcony. Wait about 4-5 days and then strip the dried leaves from their stems. Chop it up and voila! Dried rosemary that is way more flavorful than what you find in the spice aisle.
Remember our discussion of the Outback Sunrise from last month’s column? Trailing Rosemary could be used in its place. It doesn’t get quite as big. It blooms blue instead of yellow but it is as carefree and you can eat it!
*Fill a pitcher with ice, add the rosemary and pineapple or lemon and pour the sparkling water over. The bubbles in the water activate the flavor of the rosemary and the fruit. It’s magic or maybe, well, chemistry.
More to Love The more you learn about this plant, the more there is to love. Rosemary withstands shearing. Need a hedge? This is your (full sun) plant. It is an enduring ground cover and has a root system ideal for preventing erosion. This plant does it all. It can be a ground cover or it can be planted so that it cascades down a wall or over the edge of a pot.
Bullet-Proof Tolerance Rosemary is one tough plant. While it isn’t native to the Sonoran Desert, you couldn’t tell that by how well it grows here. It is drought-tolerant, pest resistant and tolerates reflected heat - which is to say that it acts a lot like a desert-native. How does it do all of that? Rosemary is native to the Mediterranean, where aridity is common. But, there’s something else about rosemary that helps it thrive here. When you work with rosemary in the kitchen, you’ll notice that your fingers become sticky when you handle its leaves. That’s because the leaves have a resin-like coating which slows moisture loss (transpiration). You’ll also notice that it takes a fair amount of scrubbing to remove the resin from your fingers. It may be annoying to you but it is a blessing to the rosemary. It is key to helping it survive in full sun and endure long periods of drought. Grayhawk Elementary School News By Grayhawk Elementary School PTO A fresh start and new beginnings are welcomed at each new year, and 2021 may even be more so than usual. Grayhawk Elementary is ready to start the second semester and hopes to get back to in person learning safely as soon as possible. In the meantime, the school continues to engage the students academically and socially in this virtual learning world. With the COVID case numbers in Maricopa County hitting high marks over the holidays, the Paradise Valley School District students remain online. The district has set metrics to be at a testing positivity of less than 5% and cases to be fewer than 50 per 100,000 within the school district boundaries for the students to return in person. It remains to be seen what this year will bring with COVID cases, treatments, and vaccines and what the school landscape will look like as we continue on through the pandemic. One thing that is certain is that the students, teachers, and staff have worked through many hurdles this school year while still enjoying some normalcy and upholding annual traditions. The teachers at Grayhawk Elementary have really been perfecting their online learning classrooms. It is admirable to see them trying many different techniques to see what works with their class and students. The adaptation to changes with how to teach lessons, turn in assignments, and assess has been remarkable on both the educator and the student side. This month we will see our country’s Presidential inauguration. At Grayhawk Elementary, the annual student council elections were held just after the November U.S. elections. This was an exciting year to vote for school officers and learn about the election process while watching the close election races going on throughout the state and country. Congratulations to the new student council officers. The school looks forward to their leadership and ideas. The PTO continued the tradition of the Yearbook Cover Contest and instituted a new tradition with the Holiday Gingerbread House Contest. Students and families got creative to make and decorate unique gingerbread houses. They competed in different categories such as Most Whimsical Design and Most Grayhawk Spirit to win gift cards to the spring Book Fair. The Best Overall winners received tickets to Disneyland. Students also got imaginative with

the Yearbook Cover Contest. The front cover of the yearbook is traditionally designed by a 6th grade student, and the other grades are combined on the back cover. The theme this year was Grayhawk Strong in doodle art, and students had fun submitting their original drawings for a chance to be the chosen published artist for their grade. Holiday cheer was spread throughout the virtual classrooms at the end of December. Even though the classroom Winter parties looked different being from home this year, the excitement for a party was still seen and felt online and the students and teachers were able to enjoy themselves. The room parents came through yet again with great ideas to engage the students online. There were supplies sent home during school material pick-ups that the students used for the parties. Some of the examples were snowman bingo, snow dough, winter themed jokes, mad libs, snack and candy snowman kits, and water bottles labeled as melted snow. The students and teachers had a good time with the change from the typical routine day. Teachers and staff were also appreciated through holiday gifts from students and families. The popular gift of course being E-gift cards. As 2021 continues along, there will surely be more changes seen at Grayhawk Elementary. The year 2020 proved that Grayhawk Elementary can sustain and maintain high standards for the school. In 2020 a total of 166 snakes were caught by Trident Security staff members after responding to calls from residents. Snakes are released into the desert after capture. Congratulations to Jack Bitter with Trident Security for being presented the 2020 Snake Handler Extraordinaire award. Trident Security recognized him for his outstanding snake catching (and releasing) skills following the 2020 season. Jack was responsible for the capture of 30 snakes. Adam Urbina relocated 27 snakes, making him the second most successful snake wrangler. Since 2008, the Trident Security staff at Grayhawk has captured and released 1,427 snakes, saving the City of Scottsdale approximately $713,000 by reducing the number of calls to the Scottsdale Fire Department. Trident Security staff members have been trained by the Scottsdale Fire Department in snake removal. If you encounter a snake on your property, you can call 480-502-7685 or 480-502-5078 and request that patrol come to aid in removal.

HEALTHY HINTS: Being Healthier in 2021 – Move to Cleaner Eating By Tina Uphoff, Grayhawk resident, Certified Health Coach and Fitness Trainer This past year further emphasized the importance of health and having a strong immune system. Therefore, to kick-off the new year the focus this month is on clean eating to maximize overall health. Eating is the #1 wellness area that can positively impact your health. Many people think they are doomed to their genetics; however, research has shown that 80% of overall health is tied to lifestyle and only 20% to genetics. This should be a compelling reason to explore better lifestyle habits as we move into the new year. Focusing on a cleaner diet would be a great place to start. Below are some basics on the “what, why, and how” of clean eating.
• More Energy – Whole foods with higher nutrients can increase energy levels as you are giving your body the vitamins and minerals needed to perform best.
What is Clean Eating The concept of clean eating is based on eating whole foods and avoiding processed foods, especially those that are highlyprocessed. Processed foods include those that have been cooked, canned, packaged or changed to extend shelf-life. Examples of more heavily processed foods include cereal, crackers, chips, deli meat, frozen pizza, and microwave dinners. This is not a comprehensive list; rather it provides some examples for reference.
2. Check Food Labels – On a product label, the ingredients are listed in order of predominance, with the ingredients used in the greatest amount first. It is best to choose products where ingredients are minimal. You also want to watch out for added sugars that fall under many names. The most common types include dextrose, fructose, galactose, glucose, lactose, maltose, and sucrose.
Why to Eat Cleaner There are many potential health effects of consuming highlyprocessed foods. Here are some key reasons for moving to a cleaner, whole foods diet. • Prevent Chronic Diseases and Live Longer - A study published in the American Journal of Epidemiology found that research participants who had a higher consumption of fruits and vegetables (400-500 grams) had greater success preventing chronic diseases. Other studies sited a 10-25% lower mortality rate for individuals that consumed more fruits and vegetables compared with individuals with low consumption.¹ • Reduce Cancer Risk - “Every 10% dietary increase in packaged snacks, fizzy drinks, sugary cereals, and other highly processed foods boosts the risk for cancer by 12%, new research suggests. Breast cancer, in particular, was associated with greater consumption of mass-produced, ultra-processed foods, according to the study.” ² • Reduce Inflammation – “Research shows that what you eat can affect the levels of C-reactive protein (CRP)—a marker for inflammation—in your blood. That could be because some foods like processed sugars help release inflammatory messengers that can raise the risk of chronic inflammation.” ³
How to Eat Cleaner? Below are suggestions for moving to cleaner food choices. 1. Stock Up on the Right Foods – Have whole and clean foods at your fingertips by keeping them in your refrigerator, freezer, and pantry. This includes shopping the outside aisles of the grocery store, which include more of the fresh and less processed foods.
3. Eliminate or Minimize Inflammatory Foods and Beverages – For further results, consider eliminating or limiting foods and beverages that can cause inflammation in the body. These include sugar, refined carbs, dairy, gluten, processed meats, soy, and alcohol. 4. Cook More at Home – It’s easier to eat healthy when you are cooking your meals and are aware of all ingredients being used in the process. To save time, double or triple a recipe so you have leftovers or extras to freeze for later. 5. Start Slowly – It’s never easy to make a change, especially when it comes to eating. If you eat a lot of highly processed foods, it’s best to slowly replace processed foods with whole foods to increase the chances of sustaining the changes longterm. There are many compelling reasons to move to a clean, whole foods diet. This eating regimen can lower your risk of certain diseases and help with maintaining a healthy weight. In addition, clean foods fill your body with high quality nutrients that help build a stronger immune system and increase energy levels. Have a healthy jump-start to the new year! Still Sweet and Salty By Lori Bosch and daughter, Stephanie, Cachet at Grayhawk We try to eat wild-caught fish at least once a week. Usually we make salmon or tuna, but recently we have been enjoying Alaskan halibut…which is sometimes referred to as the filet mignon of fish. If you’ve never tried halibut it is a mild, sweet tasting white fish similar to tilapia, but it is denser and more filling. One of the main reasons that halibut is a popular fish is because it doesn’t have what people consider a “fishy” flavor. Halibut is perfect for grilling, baking, pan frying or even in fish tacos. This recipe for baked halibut is simple, delicious and we look forward to making again and again. We made garlic mashed potatoes and asparagus as sides, but it would also go well with rice and any of your favorite veggies. You can find halibut at the Whole Foods fish counter or sometimes at Costco, but there are also a variety of options for ordering it online straight from Alaska. We recently joined a fish club in Michigan where a local family makes several trips to Alaska every year and flash freezes hundreds of pounds of halibut, prawns, and salmon. They post photos of their family fishing trips, then notify us of pick-up options, and also provide many delicious recipes. In fact, the halibut we ordered arrived with this suggested recipe. If you are striving to have a healthy diet full of fresh foods, consider adding halibut. Wild-caught halibut is a very nutritious fish. One serving contains 42 grams of pure protein, which is great for active people. It is also full of a variety of nutrients like omega-3 fatty acids which improves heart health and brain function, and it is a good source of niacin, selenium and magnesium. All of these nutrients help to reduce inflammation. We hope you will enjoy this delicious and nutritious halibut recipe from our fish club to you! And always, always, always choose wild-caught fish if you’re eating fish for its nutritional value. Farm-raised fish is known to have less nutrients and the environments are often over-crowded, and treated with chemicals and pesticides. We welcome your feedback, suggestions and recipe requests! Please feel free to email us at boschl@me.com.
BAKED ALASKAN HALIBUT Prep time: 5-10 minutes Cook time: 9 minutes Servings: 4 Ingredients: • 4 halibut steaks (approximately 6 ounces, 1 inch thick) • ½ of a lemon, juiced • 4 tablespoons softened butter • 1/3 cup mayonnaise • ½ cup freshly grated parmesan cheese • 2-4 tablespoons green onion, chopped • Dashes of your favorite hot sauce Instructions: 1. Preheat oven to 450. Season halibut with salt and pepper, then squeeze lemon juice over fish. 2. Place halibut in baking dish and bake for 6 minutes. 3. Mix all remaining ingredients together to create a topping. 4. Remove halibut from oven and turn it over in dish. Spread the topping mixture over the top. 5. Broil and cook for 2-3 more minutes until slightly browned. Watch carefully so that it doesn’t burn. 6. Serve immediately with your favorite sides.

Sip and Tell By Sue Lukenbill, Encore Resident Happy New Year to all of you! This is truly a beautiful time of the year here in North Scottsdale with all of the activities and events taking place over the next couple of months, although this year might be a bit different thanks to Covid-19 We will have to get a little creative and hope that Sarah VanDyne, our Lifestyle Director, has some events to keep us busy, out of mischief and happy. As I stand out in my patio watching the beautiful sunset, I reflect about this time of the year and “Auld Lang Syne.” We have lived here in the Grayhawk Community for 24 plus years that have been filled with wonderful, beautiful memories, and we don’t plan on leaving any time soon. As we head into 2021, we might all be pondering what there could possibly be to be thankful for in 2020. Like many, 2020 was definitely a challenge to me. It was a year of pandemic, drought and wildfires. Lives were disrupted. Stress levels seem to be at an all-time high. I was recently reminded to look beyond those tribulations by Roger Naylor, a writer for the Arizona Republic,
who wrote in his article State of Contentment, “yet ultimately none of the trials and tribulations of these past months alter one very significant fact. I live in Arizona.” This is so true. It accounts for lots of blessings along with the endless beauty and diversity. Just think about it! As a member of the Event Planning Committee, I am thankful that our Lifestyle Director, Sarah Van Duyne, was able to provide amazing events this year, even amid a pandemic. The Santa Parade and Trunk-or-Treat events were definitely highlights where once popular holiday events were missing. I know we will continue to
see great events next year and that is a bright spot! They say that breakfast is the most important meal of the day, so why not do a review on a breakfast joint? That was exactly our Communication Director, Jennifer Sheets,’ had in mind, so we paid a visit to Eggstasy located at Market Street at DC Ranch. The restaurant is big, bright and airy, complete with a great patio, a super-cool succulent wall, cozy booths and unique lighting fixtures. The menu is large and varied. Esggstasy has more than 20 omelettes for you to choose from. If you are in the mood for a little something sweet for breakfast, Eggstasy has you covered with quite the lineup of waffles, pancakes, French toast and crepes. There is even chocolate-covered bacon on the appetizer menu! I’m still trying to figure out why we didn’t order that. We noticed while waiting to order that Eggstasy was voted Best of our Valley’s Breakfast in 2019 and is a 2020 nominee. I ended up with the Brioche Croque Madame with cheesy béchamel, bacon, fried egg, dijon mustard. The server did warn me that it was huge, and she wasn’t kidding. It was more than I would ever eat, but definitely tasty. Jenn ordered the Dali’s Skillet which was chorizo, jalapeños, onions and queso. She loves the spicy spin on breakfast and said it was perfect. We both thoroughly enjoy our breakfast. It was eggcellent! The service was also great. If you rise late in the day and find that it’s lunch time, you can still order from Eggstasy’s breakfast menu, but they also have an extensive lunch menu of sandwiches, salads, burgers and wraps. For 2021, I would put this on your list of places to go eat or takeout and delivery. Eggstasy is different that most breakfast places which are small-scale where you just grab a bagel and some coffee. The Eggstasy menu makes for good reading and culinary fantasy.

20 HOMES IN OCTOBER
“The Valley of the Sun is seeing a listing success rate of 90%. This is the highest I’ve seen it in the 23 years I’ve been in real estate.” “We thought the market would slow down as we got closer to the presidential election and end of the year but it has not. In fact is has done the opposite. With the listing success rate topping 90% now is the time to put your home on the market as you are virtually assured of it selling. On the flip side inventory is very low. But don’t fret because we have a few creative strategies to find those ideal homes for our buyers.“ –Darren
