Pecos, Texas
In the realm of energy service companies, power generation yards play a pivotal role in ensuring a stable and efficient supply of energy to meet the growing demands of society. These yards serve as centralized hubs where Gravity’s generators, light towers, tanks, and more, provide our customers with the reliability they need to get the job done. Pecos Power & Generation is one of those places. Branch Manager Jeff Lindemann and Assistant Branch Manager Brian Fuentes, along with other critical staff, run Gravity’s largest yard. Covering a service area of 29,759 square miles, Gravity’s dedicated field techs, mechanics, drivers, shop hands, coordinators, and other staff keep their region running. Their role in meeting the ever-increasing energy requirements is a 24/7/365 operation. Besides our Dickinson, ND yard, Pecos is the only other location providing on-site housing for select employees. We believe this helps our employees who travel long distances to the yard and, in turn, helps provide our customers with quick response times if needed after hours.

Growing up in a small town in South Texas, we didn’t have much. I was the third youngest. I had three sisters, and now that I have a family of my own, I had all girls. My entire life, I’ve been in the house with nothing but women.
From a young age, I would go to work with my dad. He was a concrete foreman. That is where I learned the value of hard work. Even though my dad was a foreman, he would still go out with his crew and put the work in, day in and day out. He was the sole provider for the family. I watched him bust his hump to give us the stuff we needed. After high school, I knew my options were limited. I could either go straight to work or figure out a way to go to school. It was then that I decided to join the Army.
During my time in the Army, I learned discipline, dedication, loyalty, and brotherhood. To this day I still hold on tight to those values. While in the Army, I served a tour overseas in Operation Iraqi Freedom. Being overseas and seeing the things I saw put a lot of things into perspective. As soon as my years were up, I decided to get out. After my Army days, I worked a few different jobs. The jobs were decent, but I knew I wanted something more for myself. During this time, I met my future wife and the mother of my kids.
In 2013, I was hired by a company named LTR (now Gravity). I fell in love with the company, the job, and the type of work I was doing. I knew this company was where I wanted to be. In the 9 years I’ve been with Gravity, I've learned a lot, seen a lot, and met a lot of new people. I have held a few different positions at Gravity, and with each position I've learned so much. I believe Gravity has helped me grow into the person and leader I am today.

As the summer sun shines upon us, we come together to honor a momentous occasion in our nation & history—the Fourth of July. It is a time when we reflect on the principles that define us as Americans and as proud members of the Gravity family. This month we celebrate the spirit of independence, unity, and progress that continues to guide us. Join us as we pay tribute to the freedoms we cherish and the values that bind us together.
In the late 18th century, our founding fathers took a courageous step forward, declaring their independence from the rule of a distant empire. They envisioned a nation that would be built on the pillars of freedom, justice, and opportunity for all. This bold vision continues to resonate with us, as we strive to embody these values in every aspect of our work.
At Gravity, we are not just a team; we are a community of innovators, dreamers, and collaborators. Just as our nation is a tapestry of diverse cultures, talents, and backgrounds, so too is our company. It is this rich tapestry that fuels our creativity, drives our progress, and defines our strength. On this Fourth of July, we celebrate the harmonious blend of our unique perspectives, recognizing that our collective contributions are what makes Gravity thrive.
As we gather with family and friends, enjoying barbecues, parades, and fireworks, let us also take a moment to express our gratitude to the brave men and women who have fought and continue to fight to safeguard our freedoms. Their sacrifices remind us of the responsibilities we carry as citizens and as members of this great Gravity family. Together, we honor their courage and dedication to protecting the liberties we hold dear.
In the spirit of independence, let us renew our commitment to excellence and progress. Let us seize every opportunity to make a positive impact, both within our company and in the communities we serve. As we embrace the challenges and opportunities that lie ahead, let us do so with the unwavering determination and resilience that have always defined our great nation.
On this special day, we extend our warmest wishes for a safe and joyous Fourth of July to all our employees, partners, and stakeholders. May the spirit of freedom inspire us to reach new heights, and may the red, white, and blue forever wave as a symbol of our shared values.
Happy Independence Day!
