AVAILABLE IN 2 FLAVORS The classic version contains only 3 ingredients besides salt: gourmet cheese, butter and sunflower seed flour. The mediterranean variety gets its bold flavour from sun-dried tomatoes and oregano.
ZERO-WASTE PRODUCTION The sunflower seed flour that gives our crackers their heart, soul, and bold flavor is actually a byproduct of cold-pressed sunflower seed oil production. When we press oil from the sunflower seeds, a small amount of dry matter remains, which we ground into flour (zero waste). We think throwing it away would be a real shame, since it’s naturally gluten-free, high in protein, and rich in fiber.
