ECI CULTUURFABRIEK ROE R MON D

Location: In December 2009 the redevelopment of the historic factory buildings of ECI in Roermond started. The complex had been out of use for over 40 years and was rapidly decaying, until we took up the challenge to revive this industrial monument.

Since September 2012 the property is in use by cultural center ‘ECI Cultuurfabriek’ and houses a theatre, cinema, exhibition spaces, cultural education facilities, a bistro and a Michelin-starred restaurant.

KASTEELTJE HATTEM ROE R MON D

Kasteeltje Hattem is the smallest castle in The Netherlands, located in a park in the city of Roermond.

The charming, 19th century building is a national monument, which we carefully renovated. It currently houses a restaurant and hotel.
