To ensure a smooth enrollment process and to reserve a space for your child, the following tuition commitment schedule will apply:
April1stCommitment: As of April 1, 50% of the tuition for the upcoming school year will be considered committed This amount will be non-refundable, regardless of whether the student attends or withdraws after this date
June1stConfirmation: By June 1, 100% of the tuition will be considered confirmed At this point, the full tuition is nonrefundable Once the commitment is made, the school relies on your child’s enrollment for planning purposes, including staffing, resources, and class scheduling Families who do not intend to continue enrollment for the upcoming school year should notify the school in writing before the dates above to avoid the associated tuition obligations.
Grapevine Faith uses an outside company, FACTS Management, to handle payment plans for the collection of tuition and related fees. Setting up a Tuition Payment Plan through FACTS is due upon enrollment and is required for all families. Payments can be made by bank draft or credit/debit card (a 2.95% convenience fee applies to credit/debit card transactions).
Tuition payments begin in June or upon enrollment, whichever is later Payments will process automatically through FACTS; otherwise, contact the Business Office to request alternate payment arrangements such as check, wire transfer, or 529 Plan payments
Registration Fees automatically process once the tuition payment plan is set up in FACTS In subsequent years, the Registration Fees process on February 1st for the following school year Registration Fees increase by $50 for returning students after February 1st and again on March 1st
Tuition does not include all costs that the family may incur Additional costs include uniforms, school supplies, lunch accounts, high school mission trips, various activities, after-school care, Academic Service Program (ASP), and other miscellaneous expenses.
A $25.00 fee will be assessed on all returned checks. A late fee will be assessed on accounts paid after June 1. If no payment has been made by August 1, the student's spot will be released to new students; the family will still be responsible for tuition.
All accounts must be current before re-enrollment can be offered, report cards issued, or transcripts released No exceptions will be made Students will not be admitted to class unless tuition payments are current TuitionAssistance
The priority deadline for current families to apply for needs-based Tuition Assistance for the next year is February 15; however, applications will be accepted on a rolling basis thereafter, subject to funding availability Applications are considered only after re-enrollment is confirmed and registration fees are paid
New Families may be considered after acceptance, payment of the enrollment fee, and completion of the Tuition Assistance application.
Tuition assistance is available to full-time students in grades 1st-12th. Applications and detailed policies, guidelines, and eligibility criteria are available on the Admissions tab of our website.
