Every January, our team heads to the New Product Show, meeting with trusted vendors, discovering new ones, and immersing ourselves in what’s next in branded merch. Miles of show floor and thousands of products later, our job is simple: filter the noise and spotlight what truly matters for our clients.
This year, what we spotted was a shift. Smarter tech with AI woven in. Sustainable options across every category. New brands standing toe-to-toe with household names. Personal styling over rigid rules, saturated accents paired with grounded neutrals. Analog is having a moment too. Yes, we love tech, but there’s something timeless about putting pen to paper and scribbling freely.
Style leaned preppy with personality: embroidery, patches, stripes, playful details, sporty layers, retro knits, and totes that don’t take themselves too seriously. But the biggest takeaway?
Participatory promo with elevated add-ons.
Hands-on customization, from live embroidery to patch bars, journal binding, screen printing, and artist sketches, created lasting impressions and merch people actually keep.
