In this show guide, you’ll find a listing of all our exhibitors (complete at the time of going to press in mid-March) – but that’s only part of the story. Take time to explore the show and you’ll be fully immersed in the world of kit cars. In the main halls, you’ll find all the main players in the kit car industry, and several new model launches (which you can read more about over the page). It’s the place to see what the kit car manufacturers have been working on over the winter months. If you’re looking for your next project, this is the place to do it! There are also plenty of trade and accessory stands, so you can stock up on
all the parts and tools you need for your own project. Meanwhile, there are yet more exhibitors outside, together with a huge array of owners’ clubs. If you want to see Cobra replicas, Westfields or many others in their droves, take the time to wander around the largest gathering of kit cars you’re ever likely to see. And there’s more to see and experience. Westfield’s spectacular drift experience once again takes its place near Avenue M. For a small charge, you can take an exhilarating ride to remember. In Hall 13, Xmoor Cars is hosting the spectacular autotest display where you’ll be able to witness some spectacular car control and just what a kit
car is capable of in the right hands. And if you prefer your kit car action a little muddier, check out the Dakar 4x4 display that heads into Stoneleigh’s off-road course. Finally, if you’re making a full weekend of your visit, our sponsor Complete Kit Car magazine is hosting a live band in the Warwick Hall, which you’ll find just off Avenue M. DNA GOES CLASSIC WITH 2FIFTY CAL DNA Automotive is well-known for its high quality replica body conversions. While the company has always focused on offering contemporary designs, the new 2Fifty Cal takes the company in a new direction with something altogether more classic.
Underneath the 1960s lines is a BMW Z3, and the new car allows people to buy into the company’s traditional quality at lower price.

SYLVA REBORN Sylva Autokits is one of the scene’s longestestablished names, and now the company has changed hands. Founder Jeremy Phillips has retired, and the company has been bought by David MacBean. The new owners are making their public debut this weekend.

HEALY V8 The Lexus V8 powered Healy Enigma may have been seen at classic car shows since its launch this year, but this is the first time it’s been at a kit car show. It will be displayed along with four-cylinder versions of the car in both soft-top and folding hard-top guises.

SEBRING’S BMW BASE Since being taken over by new owners last year, Sebring International has been busily modernising its range of Austin-Healey 3000 replicas with BMW 3-series donors. The culmination of that work can be seen in public for the first time this weekend. As well as using a range of engines from the E36 and E46 generation 3-series (including the M3’s straight six), other engines can be fitted. V8s from both Rover and Chevrolet have proved popular over the years and remain on the optons list. Company owner Phil Overall has a 30-year career in motorsport that has included working with top touring car teams. WHERE TO FIND THEM

STONELEIGH NEWS NEW CAR LAUNCHES FINNLUXURY TRITIUM All the way from Vantaa, Finland, comes Finnluxury with its Tritium supercar. The image here is a rendering of the finished car, which you can see in the flesh for the very first time at the show. Finnluxury Oy was established in 2014 and has since been working on the Tritium, or FLT. The supercar replica body is made from carbon fibre, and it has its own bespoke chassis and suspension. Interestingly, every body panel (barring the roof) is easily removable to give great access to the mechanicals and easy replacement if necessary.

RIOT ACTION ARENA
FAROUX 917 Continuing the show’s international flavour will be Netherlands-based Faroux Sportscars’ presence with its Porsche Boxster based 917 replica. Featuring its own round-tube spaceframe chassis, which you can see in the
interior photo above, it uses the flat-six engine from the Boxster donor. It won’t be complete for the show, but plenty of progress has been made since Faroux last came to Stoneleigh.

If you want to see an exceptional display of car control, watch the display in the Riot Action Arena. Ian Chapman, who regularly contributes to Complete Kit Car’s Race Diaries, and his fellow autotesters will be showing you exactly what a nimble kit car is capable of in the right hands. While the display is branded by Riot manufacturer Xmoor Cars, several makes will be in action. It’s a truly remarkable spectacle – make sure you don’t miss it!

The NMS team will be on hand to answer any of your fuel injection, engine mapping and car suspension set-up questions and can talk you through upgrade programmes to enable you to wisely spend your budget to get the best results. Outdoors on Block 53 we will host the biggest selection of Westfields likely to be seen in any one place at the same time. In previous years we have managed to display in excess of 250 Westfields each day so there is bound to be something that takes your fancy for a quick picture or to borrow an idea or two for your own build or upgrade. Many of the club’s grass roots members can be found in and around our marquee and we welcome one and all to come and celebrate all that is Westfield with us. Take a stroll down ‘Westfield Avenue’ into the marquee for a cup of tea or coffee and a chat. All are welcome; it’s not just for members. We will have on display a typical selection of Westfields such as you may find in your local area along with owners who will be glad to talk to you about Westfield ownership.
