Annual Communication. Grand Master Robert E. Wheeler, Grand Master of the Prince Hall Grand Lodge of the District of Columbia, addresses the Annual Communication of the Grand Lodge of the District of Columbia.

Annual Communication. Past Grand Masters Drechsler, McMullen, and Miskovic, all members of Anacostia Lodge No. 21, were on hand to support Grand Master Proden, also of that lodge. Grand Lodge of Maryland. Waiting to be escorted into the Annual Communication at Bonnie Blink are the members of the Grand Lodge of the District of Columbia, led by Grand Master Proden.


Potomac Lodge No. 5. John W, Bainbridge, Jr., co-author of the book “American Gunfight: The Plot to Kill Harry Truman and the Shoot-Out that Stopped It,” autographs copies of his book for members and guests of the lodge.
Jewel Dinner. Traveling Jewels are ceremoniously exchanged at the annual Jewel dinner. Pictured are WB Russell receiving the Master’s jewel of Potomac Lodge No. 5 from the immediate Past Master of that lodge, WB Jerry McEntire.

Arminius Lodge No. 25. The Grand Master of the United Grand Lodges of Germany was presented a gavel crafted by Grand Tiler Gerhard Meinzer on the occasion of the Grand Lodge Annual Communication.

George Washington National Masonic Memorial. Paintings included in the “Initiated Eye” exhibit, displayed last year in the Octagon Museum, are now on display in the Memorial. Pictured at the display is the Executive Secretary of the Memorial Association, WB George Seghers, PM of the Lodge of the Nine Muses.
