 Auf der Sonnseite hoch oberhalb des Pustertales liegen die kleinen Bergbauerndörfer Bannberg, Assling, St. Justina und Anras, die durch diese schöne Aussichtstraße miteinander verbunden sind. Höhepunkte an der Strecke sind der Wildpark in Assling, die auf einem steilen Hügel stehende Kirche St. Justina und das historische Dorfzentrum von Anras mit der zweitgrößten Kirche Osttirols (Barockstil) und dem Pfleggerichtshaus.  On the sunny side high above the Puster Valley lie the small mountain farming villages of Bannberg, Assling, St. Justina and Anras, which are connected by this beautiful panoramic road. Highlights of the route are the wildlife park in Assling, the on a steep hill standing St. Justina church and the historic village center of Anras with the second largest church in East Tyrol (baroque style) and the architectural important Anras castle (law-court).  Sul versante soleggiato in alto sopra la Val Pusteria si trovano i piccoli paesi contadini di montagna di Bannberg, Assling, St Justina e Anras, collegati da questa bella strada panoramica. I punti salienti del percorso sono il parco faunistico di Assling, la chiesa di Santa Justina su una ripida collina e il centro storico del paese di Anras con la seconda chiesa più grande del Tirolo orientale (stile barocco) e il castello di Anras (uno dei più importanti monumenti architettonici profani del Osttirol).

 Regelung in den Sommermonaten: In den Sommermonaten ist der Passübergang 24 Stunden befahrbar! Ampelregelung! Die Überfahrt vom Defereggental ins Antholzertal ist von der Minute 1 bis zur Minute 15 zu jeder Stunde möglich. Die Überfahrt vom Antholzertal ins Defereggental ist von der Minute 30 bis zur Minute 45 zu jeder Stunde möglich. Die Überfahrt ist für Kleinbusse mit bis zu 9 Sitzen erlaubt. Maximale Länge 10 m und max. Höhe 3 m - Tunnel! Il passaggio da Valle Antholzertal a Defereggental è possibile dal minuto 30 al minuto 45 a qualsiasi ora. L'attraversamento è consentito per minibus fino a 9 posti. Lunghezza massima 10 me altezza massima 3 m - tunnel! I veicoli più grandi (autobus, camper, ecc.) necessitano di un permesso speciale della Servizio stradale Val Pusteria.
