Don’t want activities and just need a beautiful outdoor area to host meetings? No problem! We have indoor lounges with projectors, and smart TV’s.

MEETING SPACES

Why continue meeting in an office or online? Hire a lounge at Grafham Water Centre and enjoy the outdoors whilst you do it!

We offer different size lounges and we can set up the rooms however you require to facilitate your needs!

Each room is equipped with a smart TV and projector.

MARQUEE/OUTDOOR

MEETING SPACES

As well as indoor meeting spaces, we have two sizes of marquees available to hire.

The marquee provides a larger, more informal setting.

If you book activities only for your visit, this will be your base for the day unless requested otherwise.

BUILD YOUR PACKAGE

We have five customisable packages for you to choose from:

1. Meeting space hire; Tea and Coffee included (minimum 20 people)

2. Meeting space hire with tea, coffee and lunch (minimum 20 people)

3. Meeting space hire with tea, coffee and lunch with half day activities (3 hours)

4. Full day activities (6 hours) with lunch. A communal area is included

5. Offsite activities; we can come to you for team building activities

OUR KIT

We have kit to support everyone getting involved in our activities;

All terrain manual wheelchair

Hoist system for high ropes and climbing

Archery string grip support and archery

shooters that do not require the bow to be held

Paddle retainers for support in holding the paddle

Stable watersport craft; sailing keel boats and canoes

Posture aids to be used across all activities

Hoist to support getting into the water craft

Sailing disability club onsite 1 day per week during summer

ACCESSIBLE FACILITIES

We want everyone to be able to enjoy outdoor adventurous activities and stay with us.

ROOMS

We have one fully functional room on site which is fully equipped with lowering sink, hoisted shower, lowering bed and hoist; there are other student beds in these rooms so that individuals are not excluded SPECIALLY ADAPTED

TOILET FACILITIES

The toilet in the room is fully accessible with a hoist system from the bed to the bathroom

Our sports hall also has a hoist system and shower facilities

LIFTS

We do not have lifts in the accomodation blocks To reach the accomodation and dining hall there are small steps but we have wheelchair lifts for both of these areas
