Preparing for the Annual Meeting of the Parish The Second Sunday of Advent December 6, 2020 – 9:15 a.m. Virtual via Zoom Meeting Dear GSL Members and Newcomers: In preparation for this coming Sunday’s Annual Meeting, please note the following information and that all details including the meeting agenda, Zoom access, and voting process are available or will be added to the meeting webpage no later than Sunday: www.gracestlukes.org/annualmeeting2020 . Register Now. If you haven’t already done so, sign up now at that we know you’re coming and will be sure to have a quorum.

Device Access. If possible, arrange to log-in via a laptop or desktop computer or tablet versus a smartphone for an easier Zoom and electronic voting experience. A technical support team will be available on Sunday via Zoom and/or phone for any who may require assistance. Voting. During the meeting an email, with an individual link specific to your email address, will be sent to your inbox from ElectionBuddy followed by instructions from technical support team members who will be present in the Zoom Meeting. If you have meeting related questions that are not reflected on the meeting webpage before Sunday, please contact Parish House Receptionist and Ministry Associate Abby Huber (ahuber@gracestlukes.org , 901-252-6336). 10:30 a.m. Holy Eucharist, In Person or Livestream. For more information including required GSL website and Facebook sign up for in-person worship, click here or access livestream services via Live. 5:30 p.m. Contemplative Prerecorded Worship. For Youth. December 6, *RESCHEDULED EYC Movie Night. We will gather at Snowden Field


(2233 Harbert Ave.) for Elf from 5-6:45 p.m. with Calvary. Please bring a mask, something comfy to sit on, and warm clothes. For questions about Youth Formation , contact Amzie Williams. For Children. All children are invited to the 20-minute virtual Prayer Table for conversation, songs, stories, and prayer via Zoom after the 10:30 service. Zoom links are sent to the Children's Formation email list on Saturdays. For more information, contact Director of Children’s Formation Sharon Campbell.
