1

I will exalt you, my God the King; I will praise your name for ever and ever.

2

Every day I will praise you and extol your name for ever and ever.

3

Great is the Lord and most worthy of praise; his greatness no one can fathom.

4

One generation commends your works to another; they tell of your mighty acts.

5

They speak of the glorious splendor of your majesty — and I will meditate on your wonderful works.

6

They tell of the power of your awesome works — and I will proclaim your great deeds.

7

They celebrate your abundant goodness and joyfully sing of your righteousness.

8

The Lord is gracious and compassionate, slow to anger and rich in love.

9

The Lord is good to all; he has compassion on all he has made.

10

All your works praise you, Lord; your faithful people extol you.

11

They tell of the glory of your kingdom and speak of your might,

12

so that all people may know of your mighty acts and the glorious splendor of your kingdom.

13

Your kingdom is an everlasting kingdom, and your dominion endures through all generations. The Lord is trustworthy in all he promises and faithful in all he does.

LAZY DAYS OF SUMMER A walk on the beach, sitting on the porch with a glass of ice-cold lemonade, lying in a hammock, reading your favorite book or taking a nap... all signs of a lazy summer day. This is the time of year when it is hard to keep anything serious on your mind. The kids are out of school, and it is time for that long-awaited vacation. It is a time many of us set aside to stop and smell the roses, to laugh and play without a care in the world. Everyone deserves a break from the mundane; however, while we are frolicking in the sun, we can't get too caught up that we forget to stay on point. In other words, don’t let your guard down; and don’t forget to watch and pray. Oftentimes, when we decide to take a break in the summer from our everyday routines, we get lax with our spiritual care. Sometimes we spend a little less time in prayer and a little less time studying God’s word. We need to still take care of ourselves spiritually while we are relaxing ourselves physically and mentally. While we are enjoying ourselves vacationing and spending time with family and friends, don't lose focus, don’t forget to man your post, and don’t forget your purpose. Instead of putting God and the things of Christ on the back burner, keep the Lord ever before you while you are having hot fun in the summertime. You never know who you might meet and who could be watching you as you travel about. Let someone see Christ in you in everything that you say and do. Take advantage of an opportunity when it presents itself to share the love of Jesus Christ with a stranger. You never know you might be in the right place at the right time to encourage someone. You could possibly save someone’s life while on vacation.

EPPS

It's ok to take the time to refresh, regroup, and rest yourself, but remember your first love, our heavenly Father who has blessed us with all things to enjoy and made it possible for us to take a vacation in the first place. Savor the lazy days of summer, but remain steadfast, unmovable, always abounding in the work of the Lord. Grace&Glory 7

8   August August 2022 2022 8

Apostle Jekia L. Ledbetter Apostle Jekia L. Ledbetter and Victory Ministries of Christ are celebrating 15 years in ministry. Apostle Jekia Ledbetter is the founder of Victory Ministries of Christ and shares with us her story of “Victory” and sheds a light on the15 year journey of Victory Ministries of Christ. Here is our exclusive interview.

G&G: Apostle Ledbetter, it is indeed a special honor to be a part of Victory Ministries of Christ 15th Year Anniversary Celebration. You are no stranger to Grace & Glory, so I am going to jump right in. As founder of Victory Ministries of Christ, how does it feel now to be celebrating 15 years? What are you feeling right now? Apostle Ledbetter: I am extremely excited, grateful and overjoyed for this particular season of my life. I would like to thank Grace & Glory for allowing me this moment of celebration in proving that the God we serve can do anything but Fail! It has been a long time coming but YES, a change has come, and that change has brought the manifestation of God’s Promise, Word and Victory for VMOC. It is one level to hear what God can do but it is a whole other level to experience the arrival of a landmark that was once prophesied to you!

workings and victory. Every year has been a lesson, which has combined these fifteen years of pastoring to be solid growth of wisdom, maturity, extended grace, love, forgiveness and humility at its best.

G&G: Apostle Ledbetter, tell us about the vision that led to the creation of Victory Ministries of Christ, known to many as VMOC. What have been the most challenging areas in building this ministry? Apostle Ledbetter: God has a way of transforming us for the Right Now! God spoke to me about desiring a people that will be engulfed in Him so much that Victory will actually become their name. A place where the Shekinah Glory will rest and bring a mandate through the prophetic G&G: Apostle Ledbetter, share with that deliverance, healing and us how this journey began for you. revival will take place for all Growing up as a young girl what mankind. The Lord precisely were your dreams and aspirations that spoke to me saying, “I need a sustained you for the 15 years? vessel that will be bold enough, Apostle Ledbetter: Becoming a not counterfeit, a vessel that can minister let alone a pastor, was the let the people know that, “If My last thing I thought about. I think this people which are called by my is truly the testimony of every chosen name will humble themselves and preacher of today. Born and raised in pray and seek my face and turn Edmondson Village and dealing with from their wicked ways, then will I peer pressure, serving God was the hear from heaven and will forgive last thing on my mind, nevertheless their sin and will heal their land.” Apostle Jekia L. Ledbetter and Pastor Chris Ledbetter preaching the Gospel of Jesus Christ. II Chronicles 7:14. (Wow, how trusting God can change your whole life). Since being VMOC started in the chapel of Gary P. March Funeral Home, arrested by God and called to the pastorate and then to apostleship, I couldn’t understand why there! Then the Lord downloaded I can’t see a future without this assignment. I truly believe that the revelation that what better place to die out of the old than at what God has designed for my life is so great in size and in scope a funeral home. We have to learn that our flesh has to die out that I can’t see past it. A future without God, without His call, daily in order for Christ to live in us. I Cor. 15:55-57, “Oh death without His assignment…I can’t see that. where is thy sting, O Grave where is your victory. But, thanks Throughout each season it was what it had to be and to God be to God that gives us the victory through our savior Jesus be all the Glory for them all. There were times when I took off Christ”, is VMOC’s foundational scripture. After the funeral running and couldn’t slow down, then there were times when I home birthing, we arrived at our new location, called Victory had to literally search for a source of momentum. Fifteen years Ministries of Christ Church, where we have been for the last of pastoring has shown me how to settle with not my own thoughts fourteen and a half years, still proclaiming, that we are still a but, the Will and direction of God. These fifteen years has unfolded church that shall have the Victory because of Jesus Christ. It has the manifestation that you will never know the mindset of God, as been a long road, but God is faithful. We are literally living in soon as you think He has you in one place, He shows you greater, defining moments for the true Church. We must Arise, not with mightier in a more powerful way that He is God by sweeping you Continued on page 10 off of your feet, before you know it, you’re in another phase of His Grace&Glory 9

enticing words of man’s wisdom, but in demonstration of the power of our King that He is Risen and Alive! G&G: Apostle Ledbetter, being a wife, mother of four, a grandmother, with the added responsibilities of a Pastor, how do you keep things balanced in your life? Do you have the full support of your husband and children in ministry? Apostle Ledbetter: I have had a good solid example in my grandparents and spiritual parents of a balanced Godly marriage. I am encouraged to be the pastor and leader when I enter the doors at VMOC and when I’m on assignment for the Lord, but when I am at home, I am given to my husband, and he is the head of our home. Balance keeps me sane! As a woman in ministry, it is very easy for us to take the lead in every aspect of our lives. I believe God trusts me with the ministry, but he trusts my husband with me. Even as a pastor my children have their mom, my children rely on me to be their mother. Over the years it has been challenging and life lessons have taught me the value of truly being their mother above being their pastor. I understand before the call of the pastor, I am a wife, daughter and mom first and because of this understanding, my family can respect me, receive from me on all levels and, they are not resentful because they didn’t lose me to ministry. G&G: Apostle Ledbetter, in today’s society, what do you think should be the church’s focus in ministry? Is it more challenging to reach the unsaved; what should the church be saying and doing? Apostle Ledbetter: It is more difficult to reach the unsaved because the church (the Body of Christ) has begun to resemble the world. The world is looking for something different, but when they come into the House of God, they don’t see a difference. So, they return to the world more broken and bitter than when they began and some of them never come back or recover. Our focus should be on the kingdom, and what God has said about “bringing His Kingdom into the earth”. We need to hit the streets like never before. The four walls of the church should not be allowed to house all of God’s Glory. There are people that may never make it to the church. Will the church go to them? Are our lives 10   August 2022

readable as a living epistle to the lost? Can other believers read our lives and be inspired to do better and live better? G&G: Apostle Ledbetter, during these 15 years the pandemic hit, how did the pandemic affect your ministry and church? Apostle Ledbetter: This pandemic has been hard on all ministries but has taught VMOC many lessons of appreciation, love and the value of fellowship. We had to of course rely on social media and virtual services for church services, training and fellowship. It’s been a lot, but God has been faithful through it all! G&G: Apostle Ledbetter, during these last fifteen years have you ever thought to yourself what have I signed myself up for; have you ever just wanted to throw in the towel? Apostle Ledbetter: ABSOLUTELY!! I don’t know any pastor that could honestly say they have not faced that season. Since my last interview, I lost my grandmother (Pauline Lucas) and months later, I lost my only younger brother George “Pokey” Lucas to Covid, this broke me. Months later my mentee and member, Officer Keona Holley was tragically gunned down. Many times I have felt lost, alone, unfinished, and incomplete….. such a range of emotions. Sometimes your spirit can feel tired, and you feel lost beyond your flesh, from the depths of your soul it can be paralyzing; and because of misunderstanding judgement you keep all of it to yourself. I had to realize that it’s not my Love for God, it’s the process that keeps messing me up. God revealed to me through great revelation that, “It’s not the process that brings you problems it’s your positioning in the process.” Proverbs 3:5 says, “Trust in the LORD with all your heart, And lean not on your own understanding; In all your ways acknowledge Him, And He shall direct your paths.” God in His compassion shows us how to continue. With a relentless love He allows us to mourn but demands that we get back up as soldiers. G&G: Apostle Ledbetter, please share with us your proudest achievement in the 15 years as Pastor of Victory Ministries of Christ? Apostle Ledbetter: Along the VMOC journey my proudest moment is just existing and appreciating the grace that we survived, where

Q&A others may have died or walked away! I celebrate my first born and only son, Pastor Ke’Andre Lucas, who is successfully pastoring his own church, Glorious City Church, which serves as the first church under the Victory Covenant & Churches fellowship. Every year has held its equal celebratory memories and moments but, I’m truly grateful unto God for my pastor and covering Archbishop Ralph Dennis and my Kingdom Fellowship Family. G&G: Apostle Ledbetter, have you ever been criticized for your work in the ministry? Do you believe that women pastors are critiqued more than their male counterparts? Apostle Ledbetter: Yes, I do believe we are critiqued more, but I believe that it is more of a social issue than a church/ministry issue. It is undeniable that we carry a lot of community and social issues through the doors of the church. At the end of the day, I will say this, when people are broken, and bleeding they could care less if you have on slacks and loafers, it could be a skirt and a pair of heels. They just need to know that God can rescue and restore you; can the God that you preach about, heal, deliver, and love me beyond my faults. I am constantly criticized for sometimes being too real, or not being proper but, God didn’t save me in a proper place, so I have no other choice but to carry it like, God drops it. G&G: Apostle Ledbetter, during these last 15 years have you had to change any of your methodology in ministry? What about how you involve yourself in the lives of the people you lead? Apostle Ledbetter: My methodology has only changed in that, I realized I cannot live for the members, they must do that for themselves. Over the years I have learned something very important, and it’s called boundaries. Many leaders who love their flock as I do, will often make the mistake of engaging in micro ministry and not knowing their boundaries, we try to watch and participate in every area of everyone’s life in their care. Guess what, THAT’S IMPOSSIBLE!! Someone is going to get misplaced, burned out and drained and usually it’s the leader and his/her family that will become the recipient. As a Pastor my job is to provide the tools and I can give you the tools, show you how to use them even start you off in the building process but eventually you have to become the foreman of your own life and lead the building project. G&G: Apostle Ledbetter, are there any upcoming events planned to celebrate VMOC’s 15th Anniversary? Apostle Ledbetter: The upcoming events for the 15th year anniversary will be celebrated the month of August and September. I decided this year on Saturday, August 27, we will be celebrating with the community for a Family & Friends Community Event. If it wasn’t for the community, we wouldn’t and couldn’t be here.

G&G: Apostle Ledbetter, after all you have been through, what three words would you use to best describe yourself and why? And what is one thing that most people don’t know and would be surprised to know about you? Apostle Ledbetter: Describing myself can be done with 3 R’sResilient, Reliable, Relentless. I am Resilient. I believe all leaders need to be. It’s a character trait that you don’t truly know you have until you’ve been thrown in the flames, then to the wolves and then left to die. It speaks to my ability to withstand, keep standing and having done all to stand. We may get knocked down or even hit so hard we stagger. Most people don’t remember the details of the battle, but they will remember who was standing at the end of it. I’m Reliable. We are living in a day and time when so many people have no one to rely on. The church and its leadership have become too unstable and too unreliable, tossing to and fro. What you see today is not what you get tomorrow. But my God is stable!!! What He said He meant what He spoke He did!! If we are to be His ambassadors, then we must represent Him RIGHT!! We must learn to be consistent again. I am Relentless. It’s very hard to remove me from my God given assignment. If He charges me with something, I’m going to get it done!! I don’t like No and No doesn’t like me. No has hated me ever since I told God YES!! It is my obligation to push my way through. If one door does not avail itself to me and what God has charged me with, I don’t stop until I find the door that gives to His will. The surprising thing that most people don’t know about Pastor Ledbetter is that I went to Peabody Predatory for Voice, Modern Dance, Ballet and Piano. I am family oriented driven and my love for God is not rehearsed but authentic. G&G: Apostle Ledbetter, thank you for sharing and allowing us to celebrate with you. Lastly, during the time that you spend with the Lord is there anything that you can share with us that you believe is on the heart of the Father for His people? Apostle Ledbetter: I believe the Father desires His house to return to a place of Refuge. The Church needs to be safe again. The prophetic has come to break up the plans and the attacks of the enemy by speaking the true Words of the Lord as IT IS WRITTEN!! The enemy is operating illegally amongst the saints, and he has not been arrested. Yes, God desires us to prosper and grow, but prophesying houses, cars, and land are NOT going to move the enemy and strip his camp. Ministering the unadulterated Word of the Lord and not of our self, returning ourselves back to prayer, fasting and consecrating by sanctifying our lives for Holy living that we may be examples that His Word is true! Being His sheep and hearing His voice is going to be the key in these final hours. Boldly letting the world know that Holiness is Right and we have to make a decision whether we are going to live for God or the Enemy, whether we are going to hold victory or be defeated. Because you can’t walk with God and hold hands with the Devil! Grace&Glory 11

joy bringer

Four Ways To Maintain Joy Growing up, I never liked Sunday evenings. The dread of Monday kept me from enjoying the last moments of the weekend. Monday’s sunrise seemed to be accompanied by many friends, stress, dread, deadlines, and fatigue. I am a naturally perky person. I have ample amounts of positivity and energy, but they were no match for that joy-stealer called Monday. But that was then, and this is now. I love Mondays! Over the years I’ve learned to use four tools to help me experience real lasting joy. Yes, even on Mondays. Gratitude Nothing makes my blood boil as fast as when I am in a bad mood or dealing with something very stressful and my husband encourages me to find something I am grateful for. I know it’s his way of paying me back for the million times I have done the same to him. And while it irks me to no end, I am grateful. I want to practice what I preach! Gratitude is a core value of joy. It is tested and proven true. You know what else is true? That there is something in us that likes to wallow. We love a pity party. The mud pit of grumbling and complaining somehow feels good to us, but not to anyone else! When we identify and state the things we are grateful for, it pulls us out of the dirty pit of hopelessness and woe. We are able to see the goodness of the Lord all around and partner with it. Gratitude is the gateway to joy. Question: have you partnered with entitlement instead of gratitude? Forgiveness Here’s a little mathematical equation for your day. 70 x 7. Sound familiar? It’s the amount of times Jesus wants us to forgive the ones who’ve hurt us. This is not easy, especially when they aren’t sorry! Why does the Lord care so much about our forgiveness of others? Bitterness, anger, resentment and disappointment contribute to the hardening of our hearts. When our hearts are hard, we not only have a difficult time giving love but also receiving it. The root of joy is the love and presence of Jesus. In order to be filled with joy it starts with him. When we receive his forgiveness, we experience true freedom. Being in relationship with the Lord means that we get to stay free from the bondage of sin. But there is an enemy at work trying to tie us back up. There is no such thing as private sin. Every action and reaction has an effect. If we don't stay aware of the state of our heart walls will quickly erect and our ability to love and be loved will be greatly affected. Forgiveness helps our hearts to hold more joy. Question: Is there someone you need to forgive? Try this forgiveness model: 1. I forgive (name) for ……. (The things that were done or said). 2. Because it made me feel …. (List the feelings that their actions or words caused). 3. Surrender those feelings to Jesus. 4. I bless (name) with …… (Bless them with what they need, love, compassion, awareness, health, a relationship with Jesus, etc.).

5. I bless myself with …. (What was stolen from you, peace, joy, hope, etc.). Flexibility “My way or the highway.” “I’m a control freak.” “I don’t like change.” These are sure fire joy stealers. All too often we find our peace and joy in routine and the facade of control. We believe the lie that our security comes from the known and our ability to maintain the status quo. Routine and order aren’t bad, however, when we practice flexibility, we become more likely to maintain joy, not if, but when things change. The Holy Spirit is associated with fire, wind, and water - all things that move freely. The Good Shepherd is also one who moves his flock around often. He knows where the pastures and water sources are abundant, but the sheep don’t see it. Flexibility places trust in the goodness of the Lord. Keeping an eye on the Lord and an ear tuned to His voice helps us stay filled with joy no matter what change may come. Flexibility allows us to follow the Joy Bringer, Jesus! Question: Lord, what am I holding too tightly to? Rest What’s the thing that we all want, refuse to do, and complain about not having? Rest. But if we just would make it an intentional practice (something the Lord has been trying to get His people to do since the very beginning) we would not only be rested but filled with joy! Rest helps us stay connected to the source. We are reminded that we are children of God, not slaves to the grind. It’s the Lord who provides, not our hustle. “But I don’t have time!” It’s the cry of every busy person on the planet. During his ministry, Jesus was the most in demand person to walk the earth. If he could look the throngs of desperate people in the face and still decide to go have a rest, so can we! What makes us believe that we are any more in demand than the Lord himself? Resting allows us to keep our ego in check as well as fill our tank. Well rested people have more patience, perspective, and joy. Question: What is it that you can say no to in order to rest? I practice each of these tools almost daily in order to maintain a life filled with joy. Finding the Lord’s goodness everywhere and choosing gratitude, keeping my heart soft through an ongoing forgiveness check-in and practice, loosening my grip of control and trusting the Lord to lead and protect, intentionally carving out time to rest in my identity as a daughter of the King so I can take on the things He’s called me to steward. Because of this, I am no longer afraid of people, circumstances, or even Mondays! He had his very own Judas, a friend that he broke bread with a friend that he laughed and cried with, betrayed him. It was needed. Everyone needs a Judas in their life. Jesus knew that Judas was going to betray Him. Jesus told the disciples one of you are going to betray me and they all wondered who the culprit was going to be. In Matthew 26:14, “Then one of the twelve, called Judas Iscariot, went unto the chief priests, and said unto them, What will ye give me, and I will deliver him unto you? And they covenanted with him for thirty pieces of silver. And from that time he sought opportunity to betray him.”

Everyone goes through life unknown to who is for them or against them. Some people have ulterior motives. You can tell who is for you and who is against you by watching the tide. When things are great everyone is around cheering for you and eating from you. But when life becomes difficult or when you are at your lowest points then you see who actually was there for you, who was in your corner and who truly had your back.

“And as they did eat, he said, Verily I say unto you, that one of you shall betray me. And they were exceeding sorrowful, and began every one of them to say unto him, Lord, is it I? And he answered and said, He that dippeth his hand with me in the dish, the same shall betray me. The Son of man goeth as it is written of him: but woe unto that man by whom the Son of man is betrayed! it had been good for that man if he had not been born. Then Judas, which betrayed him, answered and said, Master, is it I? He said unto him, Thou hast said.” Matthew 26:21-25 KJV

I remember having a dream that I shared with my husband. I told him to be mindful of what you say around certain people. In my dream I was having a conversation with my husband. He was sharing some personal things with me. After our conversation was over, I walked into another room and in that room, I saw two other people having the same conversation that we had word for word, and I was truly bothered. He would’ve never had this conversation with these individuals if he knew they were going to betray him. I woke from my dream, and I shared with him what

The betrayal was needed for the next step of God’s plan. God has a plan for all of us and sometimes we need a Judas to get us there which is all part of the plan. That individual that betrayed my husband was a setup for a better job. Every Judas in your life was there to add to your life, so embrace your Judas especially when God shows you who they are. Embrace them because they are the Pastor Rhoda Turner steps that are needed for you to get Christian Faith Fellowship Church to your next elevation. It is all a Chandler, AZ part of God’s plan.

trinkets to triumph

Clear the C.A.M.P. Clear the C.A.M.P. (C)ut (A)ll (M)ess (P)ermanently. Clear the camp of your mind from all doubts, disappointments, and the number of times you put yourself down. God has great things in store for you. Clear the camp of your mind and trust Him to perfect all those things concerning you (Psalm 138:8). God is waiting for you to lay aside every weight and worry and watch Him show Himself strong and mighty in your life. He is there for you to cast your cares on because He cares for you (1 Peter 5:7). Your eyes have not seen, your ears have not heard, neither has it entered your heart all the things God has prepared just for you because He loves you (1 Corinthians 2:9). Clear the camp and tell that mess in your mind that this is the moment for it to move out. Say farewell to fear. God has not given you the spirit of fear, but He gave you power, love, and a sound mind (2 Timothy 1:7). You can go forth following the Father. God is making every path straight for you and clearing the way for you to receive all the blessings He has just for you. If you recall, the four lepers mentioned in 2 Kings 7:3-10 decided to clear the camp of their mind, contradict their current crisis, and change their condition when they decided to go into the enemy’s camp. A miracle may manifest once you make the move to clear the camp of your mind. The four lepers were in a state of starvation and decided to take a chance at changing their current state of starvation by going into the enemy’s camp for food (2 Kings 7:3-5). Just imagine all the fear and doubt going through their minds. But the four lepers knew if they remained in place and accepted their current circumstance, they knew they would die. The four lepers felt it

was worth clearing their mind of the “what ifs” and decided to contradict their current condition, risk it all, and go for it. The four lepers not only went tent to tent eating until they were full, but they also left the enemy’s camp with gold, silver, and clothing (2 Kings 7:8). They cleared their mind of fear and doubt, and God cleared the enemy’s camp! God cleared the camp by making their enemy abandon and flee their camp by making them hear chariots and the galloping of horses as though they were being invaded (2 Kings 7:5-7). God will make a way out of no way even when it seems impossible. Clear the camp of your mind and begin to think like the child of the Most High God that you are, and He will even exceed your expectation (Ephesians 3:20-21). When you make up your mind not to settle in your situation, He is always waiting to help you achieve your goal and bless you even further than you expect. The four lepers were only expecting to eat but instead they were fed and left even fuller with treasures. Clear the camp and eliminate any trace of impostor syndrome. Don’t doubt your abilities and think you cannot accomplish and achieve all God has for you. You have the dunamis power of the Holy Ghost in you and can live out all the desires of your heart that God wants to give you (Psalm 37:4). Clear the camp and turn your mess into a message to share with others how great God is to you. Remember that the joy of the Lord is your strength (Nehemiah 8:10). Clear the camp! monthly manna

Living Eternity- NOW! Welcome August! I wanted to take a moment and share a message from Dr. Bill Winston. When I received this letter, it truly blessed me, and I pray it will do the same for you. I want to highlight several things throughout the letter that is sure to build your faith. The foundation scripture is found in Isaiah 57:15. The Message Bible States, “A message from the high and towering God, who lives in Eternity, whose name is Holy: “I live in the high and holy places, but also with the low spirited, the spirit-crushed, And what I do is put a new spirit in them, get them up and on their feet again.” Dr. Bill Winston opens the letter by stating, “Eternity is not how long you live as some have thought. It Is the realm of the supernatural; where the laws of time, space and matter are no longer the boundaries of the believer. We the church, are living in eternal life NOW, not when we go to heaven. When we get a revelation of this, working miracles become as normal as breathing air.” Wow! I have to say, when I read this for the first time, I had to take a seat and ask God to widen my understanding. As I continued reading the letter things started becoming clearer. Let’s go a little deeper. Dr. Bill Winston continues to say, “Jesus was constantly showing his disciples that they could live this eternal life Right NOW…living above the natural laws of this earth. Through faith, they could operate from this higher realm by supernaturally turning water into wine, walking on water, speaking to storms, cursing unfruitful fig trees, healing the sick, and even raising the dead-instantly. When we access eternity by faith, we are empowered to command this planet and everything in it to line up with Heaven’s original blueprint.” I don’t know about you, but wow that was a powerful revelation for me. Do you recognize that there is an original blueprint from Heaven that will cause the earth and everything in it to come into alignment when we walk in our God given authority, by FAITH! When the disciples walked in this authority, Heaven’s blueprint was manifested on earth through the manifestation of walking on water, healing the sick, raising the dead, etc. It made me think are we really walking in the authority that God has given us? Reference John 14:12 when Jesus told the disciples, “Verily, verily, I say unto you,

He that believeth on me, the works that I do shall he do also; and greater works than these shall he do; because I go unto my Father.” Dr. Bill Winston went on to say, “The earth was to be a copy of heaven. It is waiting to hear the commands of its Creator through his designated agents, the sons of God, which are you and me.” Please reference Matthew 6:10, “Thy kingdom come, thy will be done in earth, as it is in heaven.” My goodness, this is a revelation that we must take time to process. If we only depend on and operate from the earth’s supply, we will be limited. However, if we access by FAITH God’s supply through heaven, we are limitless! In summary, Dr. Bill Winston expresses that we must understand that faith rules over time. He states, “Your faith now dictates the time and the desired outcome of what you will have and when you have it.” He goes on to say, “You can’t see time and get a miracle. Our life is no longer to be governed by the laws and limitations of the earth but by the laws and limitless supply of the Kingdom of Heaven.” I hope you would agree with me that it is time for us to tap into the limitless supply of God, consistently! In addition to understanding that faith rules over time, Dr. Bill Winston also expresses that we must renew our mind, and trust that the world needs us. He states, “A key to unlocking the supernatural and living in eternity now is that you must first know who you are and your purpose for being here.” I agree with Dr. Bill Winston when he said, “You are a distributor of the solutions and provisions that God has already laid up in heaven for the earth and suffering humanity.” I hope you hear me; Heaven has the blueprint! Heaven is not in kayos or disarray trying to figure out what’s next, what’s new or what’s coming. For heaven, its already settled. Its time for us to stop limiting ourselves through the limitations of this world, but with confidence access the limitless supply of God by walking in our God given authority, by FAITH! I don’t know about you, but I am ready to walk in the limitless supply of God – NOW! This is a great time to give God thanks, that Heaven has the blueprint, and that blueprint will NOT fail us! health matters

EXERCISE The very word may make some people groan. Most physicians recommend we engage in daily exercise. Unfortunately, many do not heed this instruction due to work schedules, fatigue, and physical ailments. According to the Centers for Disease Control (CDC), regular physical activity is vital for your health. Adults who sit less and do any amount of moderate-tovigorous physical activity gain some health benefits. Being physically active can improve your brain health, help manage weight, reduce the risk of disease, strengthen bones and muscles, and improve your ability to do everyday activities. Regular physical activity can improve thinking, learning, and judgment skills. It can also reduce your risk of depression and anxiety and improve sleep. Exercise can help weight reduction by burning calories and increasing metabolism. Recent studies suggest regular walking can reduce belly fat. A sedentary lifestyle is detrimental to your health. Regular physical activity can lower your blood pressure, improve cholesterol levels, increase circulation and strengthen your heart. Exercise improves muscle strength, coordination, and balance. Joint pain from arthritis is reduced with exercise. Always consult with your physician before participating in rigorous physical activity. Research identifies that the risk of bladder, breast, colon, and esophageal cancer is reduced with regular, moderate exercise. Walking is a simple way of increasing physical activity. Walk around your neighborhood or a track at a local school or gym. Choose a smooth surface to reduce the risk of tripping and falling. Wear supportive athletic footwear. Enhance your access to walking by parking 30   August 2022

away from the mall's front door. Choose the stairs instead of the elevator when possible. Consider doing yard work like planting, raking, and mowing the grass. The bending, squatting and stretching performed in yard work strengthens muscles. Sign up for a line or hand dance class. Dancing is a fun and enjoyable way to improve coordination, agility, and flexibility. Many individuals enjoy socializing with others that comes with dancing. Taking the time to remember steps and the changing movements of dance is also a great way to challenge your brain. Participating in aerobic exercise requires more strenuous vigorous exercise. Aerobic exercise is physical activity that increases the heart rate and the body's use of oxygen. Exercises like jogging, spinning, swimming and Zumba are aerobic activities. Please see your physician before engaging in aerobic exercise. The health benefits of regular exercise and physical activity are hard to ignore. Everyone benefits from exercise, regardless of age, sex or physical ability. Want to feel better, have more energy and even add years to your life? Just exercise. Select the type of excercise that is right for you. Be consistent in participating in the activity several times each week.
