Grace Health Shines in Recent HRSA Operational Site Visit

We’re excited to share some great news: Grace Health recently completed our Health Resources and Services Administration (HRSA) Operational Site Visit (OSV) in April 2024 and received outstanding results!

As a Federally Qualified Health Center (FQHC), we undergo this vital review every three years. It’s designed to ensure that we are meeting the rules and guidelines of the Health Center Program, which helps us continue to provide high-quality care to the people we serve.

The visit is based on the HRSA Compliance Manual, which includes 93 areas across 20 chapters. These areas cover everything from patient services and financial systems to board governance and staffing. The site visit team uses a special checklist called the Site Visit Protocol (SVP) to ensure everything is reviewed fairly and clearly.

We proudly report that Grace Health had minimal findings and recommendations. This incredible outcome shows the extraordinary work being done daily across our entire organization.

During the visit, the HRSA team may also share helpful suggestions or tips on ways to improve, even if those suggestions aren’t part of the official review. These ideas help us grow and continue doing even better in the future.

This was a big project, and we are especially thankful to our OSV preparation team, who worked hard to gather all the needed information and documents to show what makes Grace Health so strong.

Thank you to Amanda Polly, our Project Manager, for leading the effort. Her organization, dedication, and leadership made a big difference; we are so thankful for all she did.

A special thank you goes to Amanda Polly, our Project Manager, whose leadership and attention to detail played a pivotal role in this success. Her coordination efforts ensured we stayed on track and represented Grace Health’s impact accurately and effectively.
