Michael Stanley, Chief Operating Officer (CEO)
After a two-year contractual agreement as a management consultant, Mr. Stanley was hired as Grace Health’s Chief Executive Officer (CEO) in 2012. With almost 40 years of healthcare management experience, he currently serves on the Kentucky Primary Care Association’s Board of Directors and as Chairman of the Kentucky Health Center Network Board of Directors, making him uniquely qualified to fill the CEO position. Mike works closely with Grace Health’s team of officers and Board of Directors to ensure that Grace Health adheres to its mission while continuing to be a visionary in meeting the population's needs.

Dr. Kelly Evans, Chief Medical Officer (CMO)
Dr. Evans joined Grace Health in 2013 and assumed the role of Chief Medical Officer (CMO in 2016 Board-certified in Internal Medicine, she has practiced medicine in southeastern Kentucky for over 20 years. As CMO, her contributions are integral to ensuring clinical compliance with performance standards. Alongside her husband, George, she has raised their three daughters in Manchester, KY. Dr. Evans is active in her church, United Women in Faith, and the Girl Scouts. She is a caring and compassionate physician who truly embodies Grace Health's mission, with a heart for serving the underserved and demonstrating

Chad Stevens, Chief Financial Officer (CFO)
In 2019, Mr Stevens earned recognition as one of the "Faces of Our Future" by the National Association of Community Health Centers’ Community Health Forum. Serving as the Chief Financial Officer (CFO) for Grace Health since its establishment in 2008, Chad brings over 20 years of expertise, primarily in healthcare and management services. He recently led Grace Health to become the first FQHC in the nation to utilize a HRSA Loan Guarantee for a New Market Tax Credit $30+ Million Medical Campus Project His passion lies in increasing patient access to affordable, high-quality, primary healthcare. He consistently emphasizes the fundamental principles of "No Margin, No Mission" and the reciprocal relationship of "No Mission, No Margin."

Jeff Campbell, Chief Operating Officer (COO)
Mr Campbell has been affiliated with Grace Health since 2010 and has served in his current position as Chief Operating Officer (COO) since 2015. As COO, he has provided operational guidance over significant growth within the organization’s service area. During his tenure, Grace Health has expanded to include women’s care, pharmacy, behavioral health, dental, and a variety of additional services at both existing and new medical sites. In collaboration with a strong CEO, executive, and senior leadership team, Jeff and his team have maintained a “mission first, people always” mentality that prioritizes the patient.

Board of Directors
A voluntary Board of Directors (BOD) provides the administrative authority for the operation of Grace Health. A unique feature of Grace Health's BOD is that a minimum of 80% of its members are patients or clients who are current users of FQHC services. The remaining members serve as constituent representatives for the different communities in which Grace Health operates a health center. These individuals are selected for their expertise in health care, community affairs, local government, banking and finance, legal affairs, social services, trade unions, and other commercial and industrial concerns.
