Earlier today, I sent defense counsel Wayne Cyron a request to voluntarily update perjuring priest Bob Malm’s discovery responses, with specific reference to Bob Malm’s sworn statements that 1) My mother, or someone purporting to be her, contacted him repeatedly to set up appointments, only to cancel and 2) That he did not make any false statements in conjunction with this matter. This request was made in light of perjuring priest Bob Malm’s facially inconsistent statements, made under oath and with the advice of legal counsel, included, in which he attempts to walk back his prior statements about being contacted by my mother. Knowing perjuring priest Bob Malm, he does not have the spine to tell the truth, so he’ll try to wiggle around this one. We’ll see.
