Motion Under Va. R. Sup. Ct. 4:1 For Supplemental Responses to Discovery COMES NOW Plaintiff, Eric J. Bonetti in the above matter and asks the Court to order Defendant Malm to supplement his discovery responses in light of evidence shared with defense counsel that Defendant knowingly made false statements in related prior litigation before this court. A copy of three of Defendant’s false statements is attached. A request to voluntarily update discovery has been made to defense counsel and this motion will be withdrawn should defendant comply. Earlier today, I sent defense counsel Wayne Cyron a request to voluntarily update perjuring priest Bob Malm’s discovery responses, with specific reference to Bob Malm’s sworn statements that 1) My mother, or someone purporting to be her, contacted him repeatedly to set up appointments, only to cancel and 2) That he did not make any false statements in conjunction with this matter. This request was made in light of perjuring priest Bob Malm’s facially inconsistent statements, made under oath and with the advice of legal counsel, included, in which he attempts to walk back his prior statements about being contacted by my mother. Knowing perjuring priest Bob Malm, he does not have the spine to tell the truth, so he’ll try to wiggle around this one. We’ll see.
