Earlier today, I got an email from Matthew Youssef, the attorney for Grace Episcopal, the clergy perjury parish, the diocese, and perjuring priest Bob Malm. In it, he appears to say that he missed the court-imposed deadline to file a response to my appeal to the Virginia Supreme Court, and attributes it to not receiving my pleadings via email. But Matthew knew they were coming, the other attorney copied on the email received them, and I received no error messages.
Of course, there’s a certain irony here: Grace Church wants to be able to conceal documents during discovery, then be able to say I’m SOL when those documents later surface, Yet in this case, the church claims, rather implausibly, that it didn’t get my email, yet it wants an extension to file a brief.
A very typical example of Grace’s organizational narcissism.
