PETITION FOR REVIEW
COMES NOW Plaintiff, Eric J. Bonetti, and files this petition for review of the Alexandria Circuit Court’s refusal to grant an injunction to prohibit Defendant Robert Hiller Malm from engaging in witness tampering. 1. Plaintiff avers that during the course of this litigation, and the prior litigation that is the subject of this lawsuit, Defendant repeatedly contacted various persons he knows, or has reason to know, will serve as witnesses for the Plaintiff at trial. These persons include Darlene Parsons, publisher of church abuse blog The Wartburg Watch; Rev. Bob Perry, plaintiff’s former work supervisor; and the Rev. Richard Wall, plaintiff’s former priest. 2. Plaintiff avers that Defendant has contacted these individuals in an effort to influence their testimony. 3. Plaintiff avers that Defendant has threatened him repeatedly during the course of the litigation.

Plaintiff filed a motion with the Alexandria Circuit court in 2021, asking the court to prohibit Defendant from contacting persons he knows, or has reason to know, will serve as witnesses for the Plaintiff at trial. 5. The Alexandria Circuit denied Plaintiff’s request. 6. Plaintiff received the Circuit Court’s final order in the matter approximately 7 days ago. 7. Plaintiff believes and avers that the Circuit Court’s refusal to grant an injunction deprives him of his right to due process, equal protection of the law, and a fair and impartial trial in this matter. 8. Plaintiff will file a statement of facts and the final order as soon as possible, but files this preliminary request now in order to file timely. Eric J.
