“I want to recognize Lisa Adams at JDC. Lisa loves her job and team! I think anyone who visits the JDC office and sees any of our team members on Dr. Kingston’s team immediately is embraced by the seasonal decor and charm that Lisa brings to the practice. I really appreciate her helping out with facilities and caring for the happiness of her team and patients. She is AWESOME!!!!!”
-Amanda Martin, Regional Manager“In a twist for a dental appreciation week, the doctors were waiting hand and foot on the assistant team. This allowed the assistants to relax and kick their feet up.”
-Thomas
Brown Dentistry“Beingan owner of a dental practice can sometimes feel like you’re on an island by yourself with no help in sight. One of my reasons for partnering with GPS was to have someone else with a vested interest in my practice — someone to bounce ideas off of, someone to help with staff and HR, and someone to help make my practice as profitable as possible. I’m a newer partner (roughly four months in), but I can say that the GPS team has already helped with all of this so far. This has allowed me to be able to delegate a lot of tasks and be able to go home to my wife and kids with less stress and more energy. From my first conversation with Hunter, I trusted his process and the legitimacy of the company. Every person that I’ve worked with so far has been sincere and personable. I think the sky is the limit as GPS continues to grow and I’m excited to be a part of it.”

Ahealthy diet is the number one key for maintaining good health in the long term, and with National Nutrition Month upon us, it’s the perfect time to start making positive changes. Overhauling your entire diet overnight can be daunting. Instead, focus on incorporating small, sustainable adjustments that will provide significant benefits over time.
Here are five simple yet effective strategies to help you make healthier choices starting today.
1. Drink More Water: Hydration is key to overall health, so aim to consume at least 64 ounces of water daily. Proper hydration not only helps maintain bodily functions but also aids in digestion, circulation, and overall well-being. Carry a reusable water bottle with you throughout the day to make it easier to meet your hydration goals.
2. Eat More Protein: Protein is essential for building and repairing tissues, supporting your immune system, and maintaining muscle mass. Incorporate lean sources of protein such as poultry, fish, tofu, beans, and legumes into your meals to ensure you’re meeting your daily protein needs. Including protein-rich snacks like Greek yogurt, nuts, or hard-boiled eggs can also help keep you feeling satisfied between meals. Aim for at least 4 ounces of protein at every meal.
3. Add More Fruits and Vegetables: Fruits and vegetables are packed with vitamins, minerals, antioxidants, and fiber, all of which are vital nutrients for our bodies. Aim to fill half of your plate with colorful fruits and vegetables at each meal. Experiment with different varieties and preparation methods to keep things interesting and maximize nutritional diversity.
4. Reduce Your Consumption of Processed Foods: Processed foods often contain excessive amounts of added sugars, fats, sodium, and preservatives, all of which can contribute to various health issues when consumed regularly. Instead, choose whole, minimally processed foods whenever possible, and read labels carefully to avoid hidden additives.
5. Snack Smarter: Instead of reaching for sugary or salty snacks that provide little nutritional value, choose nutrient-dense options that will fuel your body and keep you satisfied until your next meal. Snack on fresh fruit, raw vegetables with hummus, whole-grain crackers with cheese, or homemade trail mix made with nuts, seeds, and dried fruit. Planning ahead and having healthy snacks readily available can help prevent impulsive, unhealthy choices.
By incorporating these simple yet impactful habits into your daily routine, you’ll be taking proactive steps towards improving your health and wellbeing. Remember that consistency is key, so strive to make these changes part of your lifestyle for long-term success.

was recently the victim of a cyber-attack and due to the criminal investigation, we were limited in our communication about the situation.
Our cyber protection systems significantly limited the scope of the incident and there is no evidence of data misuse. The NDX team and Partners have worked 24/7 to return to full functionality at this time. Here are key details to share with you:
On Monday, February 12th, NDX was alerted to a potential cyber-attack by internal and external sources. In an abundance of caution, we immediately shut down access to the systems in question.
Our internal incident response team and expert teams in forensics, IT, legal and business continuity, immediately engaged in incident diagnostics and resolution response. We also immediately engaged the Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI).
Thanks to the outstanding work of our team and partners, we are operating at nearly 100% in all of our labs. We are extremely appreciative of your patience.
Last week, the U.S. Department of Justice announced that the FBI, in partnership with other international law enforcement agencies, successfully disrupted the cybercriminal group claiming responsibility for this incident, LockBit. The government’s announcement can be seen here https://www.justice.gov/ opa/pr/us-and-uk-disrupt-lockbit-ransomware-variant.
If a call or email has not been responded to in a timely way, please contact your lab, salesperson or company representative directly. We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience and greatly appreciate your support.
