Born in Maryville, Missouri to a hard working family with strong Midwestern values, Kevin recalls having jobs ever since the 5th grade. Rising to the Top Kevin graduated with a BS from Webster University, and would later earn an MBA from Rockhurst University. Even from the beginning of his tenure in the healthcare industry, he quickly rose to management, culminating in becoming COO and then CEO of a hospital. Having started from the ground up, Kevin excelled in his leadership role there, building the hospital’s reputation to a point where it became a facility where people wanted to work. Kevin’s superb people skills were evidenced by many little things, like taking the time to know the names of his employee’s children and cultivating great relationships with hospital staff, Nurses, and Doctors. He carefully listened to all and helped them get what they needed to get the job done and thrive.

Family is important to Kevin. He enjoys time with his wife of 38 years, Diane, as well as daughters Allison, Katie, son-in-law Jason, and granddaughter Addison.

Time to Reinvent Himself Eventually, Kevin decided to transition from Health Care.
