City Administrator Ron Urton said landlords and renters are reminded that a rental inspection is required and an occupancy permit issued before utilities can be turned on or transferred. Rental inspections need to be requested 48 hours in advance by calling city hall (359-2013) and the structure cannot be occupied prior to the inspection.
