Day 1 | Fly to Fairbanks We begin our adventure as we board our flight to Alaska. Arrive in Fairbanks where we’ll enjoy a delicious welcome dinner at the scenic and inviting Bear Lodge, our home for the next two nights.

Meals: D Day 2 | Fairbanks Experience Alaska Native art, music, stories, and dance at the Morris Thompson Cultural Center. Alaska mining history comes alive as we tour the Tanana Valley gold fields. Feel the magic of the North Pole as we explore the Santa Claus house and visit Santa’s reindeer. Learn about Alaskan Huskies and the tradition of dog mushing at a husky training facility. Day 3 | Denali National Park Today we travel to Denali National Park, a six-million-acre wild land boasting snowy mountaintops and wild animals. We’ll embark on the Denali Natural History Tour, focusing on the rich natural and cultural history of the park. This four-hour tour includes the Denali Bus Depot, the historic Savage Cabin, and finally ending at the rolling hills of Primrose Ridge. We’ll check into the Denali Bluffs Hotel, surrounded by wilderness splendor.

Day 4 | Denali / Anchorage Our first stop today includes the Denali Visitor Center, where we can explore exhibits, watch the park films, and talk with a park ranger. Just a few miles inside Denali National Park, we’ll make a stop at the quaint McKinley View Lodge with spectacular views of Mt. McKinley. Moving on, we head to the Musk Ox Farm.

Enjoy a close-up experience with musk ox, a once-endangered animal that produces the finest wool in the world. Travel to Anchorage and spend the evening exploring on your own.

Day 7 | Alaska Wildlife Conservation Center / Alyeska Immerse ourselves in the wildlife of Alaska at the Alaska Wildlife Conservation Center. Savor a farewell lunch at the Alyeska Resort at the base of the Chugach Mountains. Climb aboard the Mt. Alyeska aerial tram to witness frosty views of the Turnagain Arm, hanging glaciers, and endless peaks deep into the Chugach Mountain range. Say goodbye to your Alaska adventure as we travel to the Anchorage Airport for your overnight flight home. Meals: B, L

Day 1 | Fly to Fairbanks Today, we travel to Fairbanks, Alaska for the start of an incredible vacation. Upon arrival, we will transfer to the Bear Lodge, our home for the next two nights. Get acquainted as we gather together for a welcome dinner. Meals: D Day 2 | Fairbanks Our day will begin with a trip down Discovery Lane to the riverboat landing for the famed MV Discovery III. From here, we will cruise the waters of the Chena River while enjoying stories of local legends like Felix Pedro and E.T. Barnett. The tour will also highlight a float plane demonstration and a visit to a recreated Athabaskan Village. This afternoon, we will enjoy lunch and a very exclusive behind-the-scenes tour of the Trail Breaker Kennels, home of the late dog mushing champion, Susan Butcher. After meeting the dogs of the Iditarod, we’ll visit the Morris Thompson Cultural Center to experience Alaska Native art, music, and dance. Tonight we share an authentic Alaskan salmon bake.

Day 3 | Denali National Park This morning we'll travel to Denali National Park for a 34-mile Natural History Tour. As we travel deep into Denali, keep your eyes open for bears, moose, caribou, Dall sheep, and the occasional sighting of a wolf. Enjoy some free time to explore the Denali Visitor Center. Day 4 | Talkeetna We start our day at the Denali Rail Depot where we board the domed rail cars for breakfast and a scenic rail journey south to Talkeetna. Along the way, your rail host will provide history of the rail, insight to the mining projects, and information on the different ecosystems of Alaska. We will continue to enjoy the view of North America’s highest point while in the charming community of Talkeetna this evening. Meals: B, L Day 5 | Anchorage / Seward After a leisurely morning at the hotel, we will embark on a journey through the Matanuska & Susitna Valleys. We will arrive in Anchorage, Alaska’s largest city, for some time to stroll the many shops and museums on your own. This afternoon, we will travel south along the beautiful Cook Inlet & Turnagain Arm before setting course onto the Kenai Peninsula. After a visit to the Alaska Wildlife Conservation Center, we’ll continue to Seward, Alaska to check into our hotel and enjoy our final night on land. Meals: B Day 6 | Kenai Fjords Wildlife Cruise After breakfast this morning, we’ll board a glacier and wildlife cruise into Kenai Fjords National Park. Explore the face of a glacier and enjoy opportunities to view seals, sea lions, whales, eagles, puffins, and more! Late this afternoon, our small sightseeing vessel will return to the dock, and we’ll transfer to the Celebrity Summit to begin our journey through Alaska’s Inside Passage.

Day 8 | Juneau Maneuver into the Gastineau Channel and dock in Alaska’s capital city, Juneau. Take advantage of the included Juneau walking tour highlighting Alaska's early days, mining and drilling history, and State Capitol Building. Other optional excursions include a tour of the Mendenhall Glacier, helicopter tour, or a trip to the top of Mt. Roberts on the aerial tram. Meals: B, L, D Day 9 | Skagway Visit the “Gateway to the Klondike Gold Rush”! This historic community still feels like an 1898 boom town. The voices coming from the saloons still echo in the air, while the legend of outlaw “Soapy Smith” lives on in stories. There’s an option to take the White Pass and Yukon Route Railway on an incredible climb 2,500 feet to the top of the renowned “Dead Horse Trail.”

Meals: B, L, D Day 10 | Icy Strait Point Take a short walk from the ship’s dock to Hoonah, the largest Tlingit village in Alaska. Discover the locally carved totems and learn about Tlingit history, culture, arts, and dance. Icy Strait Point is centered around the restored salmon cannery, which now houses a museum, local arts and crafts shops, and restaurants offering freshly caught seafood. The beauty, grandeur, history, and people of the Icy Strait Point region offer a glimpse into the real Alaska. Meals: B, L, D Day 11 | Ketchikan Known as the “Salmon Capital of the World” and “Alaska’s First City”, Ketchikan is a vibrant seaside community. Today’s walking tour features stops at the Totems of Whale Park, historic Creek Street, and the Salmon Ladder. Optional flight-seeing tours of Misty Fjords are popular, as are the totem tours of Saxman Native Village. Meals: B, L, D Day 12 | Inside Passage Our final day on board will include views of the stunning British Columbia and Alaskan coast. Be on the lookout for humpback whales, orca, and dolphin. Day 7 | Hubbard Glacier Today’s voyage takes us into Yakutat Bay and alongside the Tongass National Forest, followed by Disenchantment Bay and the impressive ice wall of Hubbard Glacier. The largest tidewater glacier in Alaska has a face that extends over 6.5 miles in length. Stand in awe as glacier ice may come crashing down into the ice-choked waters below at any moment. Day 13 | Travel Home As dawn breaks, we’ll dock at Canada Place Pier. After the disembarkation process is complete, pass through Canadian customs before being transferred to the airport for our flight home.

Day 1 | Fly to Las Vegas We begin our American West journey where we’ll fly into Las Vegas, Nevada, and take in the views of the grand hotels as we cruise down the Strip. Learn about the history and impact of organized crime as we visit the Mob Museum. We’ll check into the distinctive Treasure Island Hotel and Casino, centrally located on the Strip.

Day 2 | Ethel M Chocolate Factory / Route 66 We’ll take a short drive to the Ethel M Chocolate Factory and Cactus Gardens, located in the heart of the desert. Grab a delicious treat and take a leisurely stroll through the cactus garden featuring over three acres of ornamental, cacti, and other succulents. We’ll get our “kicks on Route 66”, one of the most scenic drives in Arizona. We’ll stop in Seligman, known as the “birthplace of Historic Route 66” and is full of retro shops, diners, and motels.

We’ll continue to Williams, Arizona, our home for the next two nights. Meals: B, D Day 3 | Sedona After breakfast at the hotel, we travel the breathtaking stretch of beauty on the winding Oak Creek Canyon Road with iconic red-rock buttes and oak-shaded canopies. Arriving in Sedona, the remainder of the afternoon is yours to explore on your own.

Surrounded by stunning views of the red-rock buttes, Sedona is known for its vibrant arts scene, luxurious spas, and fine restaurants. Return to Williams, Arizona, for dinner on your own in the historic downtown district. Meals: B

Day 4 | Grand Canyon Ride first class aboard the historic Grand Canyon Railway, arriving at the canyon's South Rim for lunch on your own while taking in the magnificent views of the vast Grand Canyon. We'll board the motoroach and make our way to the east end of Grand Canyon National Park, with plenty of photo stops along the way,

including a stop at the Desert View Watchtower with stunning views of the colorful sandstone rocks and flowing river below that carved out this natural wonder. In the late afternoon, we'll explore the Cameron Trading Post and enjoy a lovely dinner together. We'll end the day by traveling to Kayenta, the gateway to Monument Valley. Meals: B, D

Day 5 | Monument Valley Monument Valley is one of the most majestic points on earth. This great valley boasts sandstone masterpieces that tower upwards, framed by scenic clouds casting shadows that roam the desert floor.

The fragile pinnacles of rock are surrounded by miles of mesas and buttes, shrubs and trees, and windblown sand, all comprising the magnificent colors of the valley. We’ll learn much about this unique area and the Navajo Nation that makes up this tribal park by our own native guide. From Monument Valley, we’ll drive to Page, Arizona, passing through the best natural sights of iconic rock formations and pillars. Meals: B, L, D Day 6 | Page / Lake Powell We’ll walk to Horseshoe Bend where the vibrant waters of the Colorado River make a wide sweep around the orange and yellow sandstone bluff at the center. We’ll stop by the Glen Canyon Dam Visitors Center, which overlooks the placid blue waters of Lake Powell, and learn about the Colorado River and its role in settling the West. The remainder of the afternoon is yours to explore Page,

Arizona, on your own. The beautiful wave-like Antelope Canyon is nearby and is a recommended activity to pursue on your own.

Admission with a certified tour guide is required to enter Antelope Canyon, so be sure to plan ahead and make your reservations online. Meals: B Day 7 | Bryce Canyon National Park Today we’ll travel to Bryce Canyon, a wonder of nature’s sculpted pillars of red, yellow, and brown limestone. From the Visitor’s Center, we’ll take a tour through Bryce Canyon to learn about the wildlife in the park and the geology of the hoodoos including the most famous, Thor’s Hammer. This geological wonder consists of a tall rock spire supporting a large rock on top. Later, we’ll check in to Ruby’s Inn, our home for the night. Meals: B, L

Day 8 | Zion National Park We'll drive to Zion National Park via the spectacular Zion-Mt. Carmel tunnel. Zion National Park, located in Utah, is known for its steep red and hanging gardens. We’ll board an open tram that will take us past the park’s famous scenic wonders. See the Great White Throne, Watchman, Angel’s Landing, and Weeping Rock. We’ll head back to Las Vegas for the night where guests have the option to take in the longest running Cirque du Soleil show in Las Vegas, Mystere, with its high energy acrobatics, dramatic dance, and jaunty music. Meals: B, D Day 9 | Travel Home We’ll travel home with memories of these natural and man-made scenic wonders of the American West. Meals: B

Day 1 | Travel to Boston Off we go in search of the brilliant autumn foliage that the New England states are famous for. We’ll start our journey with a flight to Boston. Day 3 | Historic Deerfield / Norman Rockwell Museum Travel north to Historic Deerfield. Surrounded by gentle meadows, this 18th century colonial village speaks with quiet eloquence of New England’s rural past. Drink in the beauty of the Massachusetts countryside as we drive the Mohawk Trail through the Berkshire Mountains. Arrive in Williamstown and enjoy lunch near the campus of Williams College. Day 4 | Calvin Coolidge Site / Vermont Granite Museum Following the Connecticut River Valley, we’ll head for the Green Mountain State of Vermont. Visit the Calvin Coolidge Historic Site which celebrates the life of our 30th President.

Enjoy lunch in the town of Hanover, NH near Dartmouth College. The afternoon drive takes us to Barre, VT, for a stop at the Vermont Granite Museum and the famous Hope Cemetery.

Day 3 | Martha's Vineyard Today we travel to Massachusetts where we’ll board the ferry at Woods Hole. We’ll arrive at the colorful and historic town of Oak Bluff on Martha’s Vineyard. Day 3 | Everglades National Park We'll spend the day focusing on the beauty and wildlife of Everglades National Park. We’ll drive from Miami to the Shark Valley Visitor Center in Everglades National Park. The Everglades boast 1.5 million acres of protected wetlands and is home to a variety of wildlife including flamingos, turtles, herons, alligators, and more.

Enjoy a unique and educational tram tour through the Shark Valley area and view tranquil vistas atop the Everglades observation deck.

Day 6 | Durango Silverton Railroad / Grand Junction This morning we’ll board the Durango Silverton Train to enjoy a half-day ride through the canyons of Colorado’s spectacular La Plata and San Juan Mountains. As we enjoy the scenic wonders around us, a park guide will add insight into the evolution of the Pueblo culture. Day 8 | Georgetown Loop Railroad / Travel Home Continuing with more spectacular scenery, we climb up and over the Gore Range this morning. Day 2 | Float Decorating Tour / Huntington Gardens Today we’ll get to view the Rose Parade floats before the big event! We’ll see these magnificent floral floats in their final stages of preparation for the Rose Parade while visiting one of the major float building sites. We’ll see a variety of fruits, seeds, bark, grasses, and breathtaking flowers being applied to the floats by hardworking volunteers and professionals. We'll visit The Huntington: Library, Art Museum, and Botanical Gardens. This oasis of art and culture contains the most comprehensive collection of 18th and 19th-century art outside of London. The gardens are just as pretty as the beauty found inside of the library. Day 3 | Catalina Island Day Trip This morning we’ll board one of the Catalina Express ferries for a one-hour cruise to the island. Day 4 | Yellowstone National Park / Wildlife Safari Start the day with a visit to the Grizzly & Wolf Discovery Center where we’ll have the opportunity to experience the world of grizzly bears and gray wolves in Yellowstone. Explore the many museum exhibits at your leisure. We’ll also have time to visit the IMAX theater and see the film, “Yellowstone.” This film provides entertaining insight into the majestic scenery, wildlife, and sounds of the park. Later this afternoon we’ll enjoy a unique Yellowstone excursion. After dividing into smaller groups accompanied by a local naturalist, we will venture back into Yellowstone National Park. Magnificent sights await us at Mammoth Hot Springs and as we continue east into the Lamar Valley. Gather for a picnic dinner as we watch the start of a beautiful sunset. Dusk is prime time to see wildlife in the park, so be on the lookout for bison, elk, moose, and perhaps a bear or wolves. After a memorable excursion, we will return to West Yellowstone to get some rest. Meals: B, D

Day 5 | Grand Canyon of Yellowstone / Grand Tetons Today we’ll see the magnificent Grand Canyon of Yellowstone and its thundering waterfall, the most breathtaking sight inside of the park. We’ll continue along the Yellowstone River through the Hayden Valley where herds of bison roam free. Enjoy views of Lake Yellowstone and the surrounding mountains along the way. Shortly after exiting Yellowstone, we will enter Grand Teton National Park. There is no doubt that we’ll marvel at the views as we stop for photos during our afternoon tour. A stop at Jenny Lake will be the perfect opportunity to take pictures and marvel

at the Teton’s jagged peaks. Later, we’ll check into our rooms at the Jackson Lake Lodge for two nights. Tonight, dinner is served in the famous Mural Room. With Landmark Tours, traveling solo doesn’t mean you will be traveling alone. You’ll share your trip with like-minded travelers who are all excited to see and explore, just like you! On a Landmark tour, you can feel safe knowing the details are covered, and you’ll enjoy many experiences that might be difficult to do on your own.

Can you assist in finding me a roommate?

Dinner will vary depending on our location. Most dinners offer a choice of entrée with selections made at the dinner table or selected ahead of time. In order to accommodate a variety of preferences and dietary requirements, or to facilitate a busy schedule, some dinners are served buffet-style.

How is seating arranged on the motorcoach?

Seating is assigned and a rotation system is used. Each day our guests will occupy a different seat. You’ll always be seated next to your traveling partner. In order to provide a fair experience for all passengers, we are unable to accept special seating requests and appreciate your participation.

Is there a restroom on the motorcoach?

Yes, although we plan our tours so that the typical time between restroom stops is not longer than two hours.

Of course! If you are a single traveler interested in finding a roommate for the trip, we can coordinate pairing you with an additional traveler if one is found. We will never finalize the double reservation until you have had the opportunity to thoroughly discuss the matter with your prospective roommate.

How much time will I spend on the motorcoach?

If you are traveling by yourself, the costs of hotel accommodations are incurred by one person instead of two. Therefore, single accommodations cost more than “double” and “triple” packages.

Each tour day varies depending on the itinerary and the number of miles that are involved. Morning departures generally range from 8:00am to 9:00am. Hotel arrivals are scheduled anywhere from 3:00pm to 6:00pm.

Will I need to carry my own luggage?

What will I receive prior to my tour?

Whenever luggage service is available at a hotel, it will be included.

Occasionally, guests will have to wheel luggage in and out of a hotel.

Your Final Travel Documents will be mailed approximately three weeks before your departure. Documents include the tour itinerary, departure and flight details, hotel information, clothing and packing suggestions, baggage tags, and other helpful hints.

Are airline baggage fees included?

Due to airline group booking constraints, we are unable to prepay baggage fees. This will be the responsibility of each traveler to be paid at check-in. This can be best handled by credit card.

Where do I meet the Tour Manager?

The exact meeting point will be indicated in your Final Travel Documents packet. All travelers flying from Minneapolis/St.Paul will meet their Tour Manager prior to check-in and will fly with them to the destination city.

Beginning May 7, 2025, you will need a state-issued REAL ID compliant license or identification card, or another acceptable form of ID (such as a U.S. Passport), to fly within the United States.

Do I need a passport?

For all trips outside of the United States, a U.S. Passport Book will be required to cross the border whether travel is by land, air, or sea. We do not accept passport cards. U.S. Customs suggests that your passport’s expiration date be no sooner than six months after your travel ends.

Passport cards are not acceptable for international air travel.

May I bring a wheelchair, walker, or other walking assistance device?

Foldable wheelchairs and walkers are welcome on tour. They are not permitted onboard the motorcoach and will be stored in the baggage compartment underneath. If you intend to bring a wheelchair or walker, please notify us prior to departure. Landmark Tours personnel and its suppliers are unable to lift or physically assist guests. If you require assistance, we require that you be accompanied by someone who is capable of and totally responsible for providing the assistance.

Are tips included?

Tips are included in the tour package for all activities prearranged by Landmark Tours. This includes hotel staff, restaurants, and additional included services such as step-on guides. Tipping for any independent meals or activities will be the responsibility of the traveler.

Tips for the Tour Manager and Motorcoach Driver are not included in the tour package. You are encouraged to express your appreciation for their work and contribution to your overall enjoyment of the trip.
