ARIES
VB
March, 21 - April, 19 It's possible that you're wondering about a million different things. Are you strong enough to assume your family duties? Are you attractive? Are you important? Of course, all these questions simply distract you from your anxiety. Don't worry. The next few weeks will be less stressful.
TAURUS
Famous Sagittarius
QD el Mago Born: December 1, 1989
SAGITTARIUS
November, 23 - December, 21 After the events of the last few weeks, do you still want to continue acting like the same person? This is always a good question to ask with this celestial atmosphere. People generally feel that they have a chance to get out of old systems and relationships. But people always hesitate to do this because of a fear of the future. Don't waver. Take the next steps!
WELLNESS The planets are in a favorable position now, producing no small amount of mysterious steam heat! In other words, be careful about your aim these days, for you might not have a very clear view of what you want. Instead, look within for direction and listen to your body for important messages. Usually your body tells you what it needs when you care to listen. To tune in to your body, be sure to get a workout at least three times a week!
2
VIRGO
August, 23 - September, 22 The social agitation that has been in your life for the last three weeks is coming to an end. The celestial energy will help you learn some lessons and prepare for the next cycle. It would be great if you had some success and honors, because this would help you confront the coming weeks.
LIBRA
April, 20 - May, 20 Perhaps you notice some weariness. You have been much more active than usual for the past few weeks. You've been meeting new people, having new experiences, attending meetings, and perhaps even taking short trips. In the long run, will any of it further your goals? That's the question you have to answer.
September, 23 - October, 22 This is the end of the first stage in your "socialization,". Are you satisfied with the people you've met? You can usually make the most out of these encounters, but did your political savvy let you down? Take advantage of this pause to catch your breath and figure out where you are today and where you want to be tomorrow.
GEMINI
SCORPIO
May, 21 - June, 20 Are you tired? It's no wonder. You're so eager to be useful that you've run yourself ragged over the past few weeks. As you may have noticed, the world is so apathetic now that every movement requires enormous effort on your part.
CANCER
June, 21 - July, 22 The planets are moving you into a new cycle. Soon you will be in a new "story." You will have to take stock of what you've learned in previous weeks. Who you are is related to the degree of peace you have in your life and whether or not you've been able to resolve some conflicts.
LIBRA -
"figure out where
you are today and
where you want to be
LEO
tomorrow."
July, 23 - August, 22 You should start to feel less weighed down by the conventions in your life. You've undoubtedly solved some of the problems in your relationships. You will feel as if you're in a kind of renaissance through the next cycle.
October, 23 - November, 22 This is the end of the voyage you've been on over the past few weeks. You undoubtedly saw some interesting sights. Whether you were on an inner or outer voyage, the cosmic energy will bring you to a safe harbor. Unpack your bags carefully, as they're filled with treasures and souvenirs.
CAPRICORN
December, 22 - January, 19 You will draw many important conclusions about your love life. You may conclude that matters have evolved little, if at all. This is discouraging, to be sure, but don't place too much trust in appearances. Remember, things aren't always as they seem.
AQUARIUS
January, 20 - February, 18 Are you disappointed with your love life? You may have devoted a great deal of energy to it lately without seeing much payoff. Wait a few more days before you make any drastic decisions about the future.
PISCES
February, 19 - March, 20 Things may happen right under your nose and you may not even be aware of it. The thing that will be obvious is your reaction to the situation when this hidden event suddenly comes to light. A passionate explosion is likely, due to people's heightened emotional state.

Kanye West, 39, was admitted to UCLA Medical Center on Monday, November 21, after authorities were called to his trainer Harley Pasternak’s home after the rapper began behaving erratically.
'I miss connecting with people’
Lady Gaga misses the connection she shared with people before she was famous. "I'm very acutely aware that once I cross that property line, I'm not free anymore. As soon as I go out into the world, I belong, in a way, to everyone else. It's legal to follow me. It's legal to stalk me at the beach. And I can't call the police or ask them to leave. And I took a long, hard look at that property line, and I said, 'Well, if I can't be free out there, I can be free in (my heart)’." Gaga's comments emerge months after she opened up about the loneliness she sometimes feels because of her fame.

‘Caribbean Music Awards’ On December 23rd, Skempi will be launching its first Caribbean Music Awards at Cinemark Theater in Sambil. There will be a total of nine awards: Best Upcoming Artist of the Year, Best Collaboration of the Year, Legend Award, Best Song of the Year, Best Female Artist of the Year, Best Male Artist of the Year, Most Popular Band of the Year, Best Video of the Year and Best Album of the Year. The awards will go to the artists with the most listens and likes on the Skempi website, with the exception of the Best Video of the Year and the Best Album of the Year awards for which the winners will be determined through a voting process. The Skempi team feels this event will be a great platform to give the Caribbean artists even more exposure. For more info and to vote: cma.skempi.com

Kanye hospitalized
Although the 911 call from the incident referred to West’s condition as a “psychiatric emergency,” the source confirms that West is not under a 5150 hold, which is used to involuntarily admit patients to hospitals for mental illness. West’s hospitalization, which insiders said was for exhaustion and extreme stress, came shortly after his team announced the cancellation of the remainder of his Saint Pablo tour.

Maritime
Museum
Curaçao is surrounded by sea. It is no wonder that our harbour is one of the most important places of the island. It is where ships have been entering the island since over 500 years ago. That’s a lot of history… and you can learn about it in one specific museum! By: Shari Jourdain Then and Now
The Maritime Museum displays all the important events that have occurred on Curaçao regarding maritime. For instance, since around 600 BC, when the island’s original inhabitants arrived, when the Spanish came to explore the island in 1499, or when the development of Willemstad’s harbour began. All of that history is what formed the island into what it is today. I especially love to learn about all the people who had a big influence on Curaçao and read letters that were written hundreds of years ago. I mean, how awesome is that? To make Curaçao grow we need to look forward, but looking back can teach us so much! Make sure to pay a visit to the Maritime Museum!

Avocado Edamame Full of both polyunsaturated and monounsaturated fats, soybeans are also a great source of protein and fiber.
Mostly made up of monounsaturated fats, avocados make a great topping, spread, or substitute for butter and mayo on pretty much everything. Keep in mind that they’re pretty high in calories, so you generally want to stick to half an avocado at a time.
Dark Chocolate
Nuts Walnuts are one of the best sources of omega-3 fatty acids, specifically alpha linoleic acid, an omega-3 found in plants. But other nuts, like pecans, pistachios, cashews, and almonds also pack a lot of healthy fats.
Yes, that’s right. About half of its fat content is saturated, but it also contains healthy fats and numerous other healthy nutrients— vitamins A, B, and E, calcium, iron, potassium, magnesium, and flavonoids (plant-based antioxidants). It even has fiber. Practically a vegetable, right?
Healthy Fats Source
Most people have been trained to choose low-fat foods over full-fat options. Fat has always been positioned as a dietary enemy, so it’s no wonder it can get totally confusing when doctors and dietitians sing the praises of what they call healthy fats. There are plenty of healthy fats you should definitely be working into your meals and snacks on a regular basis. Here’s what you ought to know.. Editor: Charlysen Jansen
12
Fatty Fish Oily fish like salmon, tuna, sardines, mackerel, and trout are full of omega-3 fatty acids. They’re some of the best ways to get the essential fat. The American Heart Association recommends eating at least two servings weekly to get the best benefits.
