Because I am worth it Did you ever have that feeling that nothing happens flawlessly or you just have one of those days when things are not going your way? At the same time I am writing this right now, I am laughing a bit because I experienced this yesterday as well. My mind was overthinking everything, and in the end, I came to one conclusion…

By only thinking about it, no single action can be taken. It is useless energy from my point of view. So, think about it, and make a plan and exceed.

That brought me to the time to treat myself with some good food, which I really would like to share with you.

Even though this sandwich has been made for me, I know this is something that everybody can make at home. I won’t keep this amazing sandwich to myself, as this is a must try for you and even your friends.

2 slice of toast 1 avocado 1 poached egg garnish (strawberry, pistachio crushed, lettuce and dill) - crumbled cheese - grilled asparagus (if you like them) Smash the avocado and spread it on your toast. Pour boiling water in a bowl and crack the egg in it and leave it in the water for 3 minutes to get a perfect poached egg. Place the egg on

the avocado, place some grilled asparagus on the plate and sprinkle the whole dish with the garnish. Finish it simply with pepper and salt.
