Topless for a great cause

October is Breast Cancer Awareness Month. And Serene Williams has gone topless to support this cause. The athlete can be seen topless, covering her breast. The message says, ‘I Touch Myself’. This video is a version of The Divinyls global hit ‘I Toch Myself’’ to remind woman to self-check regularly. Serena said: “Yes, this put me out of my comfort zone, but I wanted to do it because it’s an issue that affects all women of all colors, all around the world. Early detection is key – it saves so many lives. I just hope this helps to remind women of that.”

Last week he appeared on SNL and said that he would only be known by the name of YE. This name has a lot of symbolism for the rapper and designer of Yeezy, who named his last album YE. “I believe YE is the most commonly used word in the Bible,” he told Real 92.3’s Big Boy when promoting his music in June. “In the Bible it means ‘you.’

Last week actress Gwyneth Paltrow married producer Brad Falchuk. Brad is the co-creator of the popular tv show Glee. The two met on the set of Glee in 2010 during Paltrow’s guest appearance. For Falchuk this is his second marriage. He has a daughter and son from his previous marriage. Paltrow previously was married to singer Chris Martina and the two also share 2 children.

Aloe Vera Aloe Vera Margaritas Ingredients: 2.5 ounces Iberia Aloe Vera Juice, 2 ounces 100% agave tequila, 1.5 ounces lime juice, 1 tablespoon honey syrup, salt for rimming How to: 1. In a cocktail shaker or jar shake the Iberia Aloe Vera Juice, tequila, lime, and honey together.

2. Cover and shake 3. Strain into a salt rimmed, ice filled glass.

4. Garnish with a lime slice.

Aloe Martini Ingredients: 1-2 slices cucumber, 4-5 mint leaves, 1 tablespoon lime juice, 1 teaspoon sugar, 2 ounces vodka, 1 ounce Iberia Aloe Vera Juice How to: 1. Combine cucumber slices, mint leaves, lime juice and sugar in a shaker and crush.

2. Add vodka, Iberia Aloe Vera Juice and fill with ice.

3. Cover and shake 4. Strain through a sieve into a chilled martini glass.

5. Garnish with a cucumber slice.

Raichel Martina also known as

MRaizz!

He is a businessman, a true party lover born and raised on Curaçao, and educated by a single mother. He went to school, participated in sports, whilst tapping into the worlds of architecture and music. At a very young age, Raichel used to draw 3D sketches of houses and sing in his free time. He was a boy full of fantasy, which he believes is where his ability to write stories comes from. He is down to earth and a person who always tries new things. “I do not tie myself to things I am used to.” Raichel is someone who motivates others and makes sure to get the message across to “not let your fears get in the way of anything you do… in life, you have to go through ugly stuff to see beautiful things.”

At one point in Raichel’s life, he chose to be fully invested in his architectural business. He grew from sketching 3D houses and buildings to starting his own company Forever Young Architecture Design Studio around 2014 and 2015. His business is all about thinking young and providing new perspectives. “Lyongo Juliana, who collaborated to the design of the new hospital on Curaçao, is the one who supported me 100%.” He was able to ask him questions he had and at that time, he also practiced and conducted many types of research to make his designs a reality.

Singing has always been in Raichel’s blood, but he never knew it existed.

His talent emerged at school and in his neighborhood where he often used to sing. Dongo, who was one of his neighbors, invited Raichel to sing.

Raichel was always someone who was with people who he can learn something from. The second time

In 2015, Club Spoonz was going to be remodeled, which Raichel heard about. He immediately drew the club how he would want it to be. In the end, the project was made a reality.

He is very grateful for Archel Calister, as designing “one of the most famous and successful clubs on the island” was one of his biggest achievements. After this big achievement, his work did not stop, as he worked on different other projects like Vanilla, the new design for Caracasbaai and different houses and buildings on the island. He has the ability to envision what someone wants and draw it in his mind. He is a true creative visionary individual.

“My voice is my instrument”

he recorded with Dongo, the recording reached a large portion of the population of Curaçao through Radio Mas 99.7 after his mother had sent his recording to DJ Sandro. He was then invited to come to the studio, which he was not prepared for, but DJ Sandro motivated him because he is family and he supported Raichel.

“As a teen growing up in a neighborhood that is considered "ghetto," and your song is playing on the radio and everyone is listening is something amazing.” People were reacting and giving him positive feedback. “All those reactions encouraged me to continue. I continued to record, but I did not know how the business functioned." Even so, he kept going on his journey and learned of every experience.

Throughout his journey, he developed as an individual, but also as an artist. He crossed paths with people who he learned so much from like Jose Martis, Url Isenia, and Dongo once again. Raichel and Dongo released “Milionario,” which was a hit! Its video clip was published four

months later, and soon after, the song was the number one song on Radio Active. It was certainly a successful time in his career.

Singing at Flight to Bankok in 2015 was the best experience of his career as an artist. “Everyone was singing my song. The moments I was silent, I heard the crowd singing." It was definitely one of the best moments of his musical career. In 2016, he came out with an album consisting of 12 songs. Afterward, he performed twice in Aruba, he kept recording and writing his music, and tried to find himself throughout the process.

MRaizz is now back with two tracks you cannot miss out on!

Raichel believes it is important that people see and recognize the musical talent Curaçao has. It needs to be discovered. At one point, he thought he will never become somebody, but he is somebody. He worked hard. “I never sat still. Not even when things were going badly. I kept moving and I kept investing. I saw everything as an investment. Do not do anything for money, but pursue your passion. It will eventually bring the money you need to live. Make sure you are happy with your soul. Doing what you love will bring you to everything that is great.” Keep in mind that there is art in everything we as people do.
