Piña colada

ice cream sandwich Here a great idea to make a delicious and unique desert.

Ingredients

Directions

- 1 small to medium-sized pineapple, peeled, sliced and cored - 1 pint coconut ice cream - 1 cup unsweetened coconut flakes - 1 1/2 cups white chocolate chips - 1 1/2 tablespoon coconut oil - Maraschino cherries

1 Dry the pineapple slices with paper towel.

2 Marinate in rum if desired.

3 Carefully slice of the bottom of your ice cream container. Remove the lid and cut away the rest of the paper container. Slice ice cream into rounds.

4 Sandwich the ice cream slices in between two pineapple slices. Freeze immediately until completely solid.

5 Melt chocolate chips and coconut oil in the microwave.

Stir until fully melted.

6 Dip half of the frozen sandwiches in the melted chocolate and immediately coat with toasted coconut flakes.

Top with maraschino cherries.

Piña Colada This 3-ingredient Piña Colada recipe is quick and easy to make. It includes zero added sweeteners, and it’s as refreshing and delicious as ever.

Ingredients -

3 cups frozen pineapple chunks 3 ounces (1/3 cup) white rum 2/3 cup coconut milk optional garnishes: fresh pineapple slices, cherries, paper umbrellas

Directions Combine all ingredients together in a blender, and puree until smooth. If the mixture is too thick, feel free to add in extra water or coconut milk to help it blend.

Music is the means through which he shares a piece of himself and connects with those around him. It is Rafik Eddine’s passion. It all began with the moment his aunt taught him “the basic formula of a major scale,” with which he can find all its chords. That is exactly when his musical career started. He immediately bought a keyboard to practice nonstop, and in no time, he learned how to play piano with the help of YouTube.

At the age of 12, he went from playing in a church band to singing on beats of other artists. At that time, an individual brought to light that Rafik has the talent, and therefore he should try producing his own songs, so he did. Around the age of 13, he recorded his ideas with a cassette recorder and his guitar.

With time, he explored more advanced programs, he began creating his own beats and writing his own songs. Subsequently, “the love just continued to grow.” After finishing high school, he was determined to continue pursuing his musical career and therefore studied sound engineering in the Netherlands.

Since then, he has totally been into music. Currently, Rafik works as a sales and marketing manager of a company, and he is building his own business. As an artist, he is building his musical career, while writing and composing his very own songs.

'Logré', his song featuring OZ Anders, is a great illustration, as it is a song about perseverance, moving forward and achievement. The ultimate goal behind his music and especially his lyrics is to have a connection with his fans. “It’s what I love to do”. Nowadays, Rafik has also been exploring the visual side of his music by designing his own covers. He constantly focuses on what he wants to illustrate, as “what people see should reflect the story” of his album.

Life & music inspirations The stories Rafik creates for his songs are mostly based on experiences he or the people around him went through in life. Throughout his musical career, books helped him a lot. He reads books about inspiration, self-growth, and books about how to control your mind and emotions. It helps him with writing lyrics not only based on emotions but to show that one “can be tranquil when… something emotional comes up.” The books are mirrors, in which he is able to see his true self and learn more about himself.

He started writing on a much deeper level, and he started to give more profound advice through his music.

The insight that these books give “makes you filter yourself,” and it allows him to see experiences from a whole different perspective.
