Bookings
All bookings must be made using the online booking system by the employee, or on behalf of the employee with their permission.
An EVie account is not required for corporate bookings.
Charging the batteries
To ensure a smooth process with colleagues, please plug the provided charger in at the end of your booking.
If no charger is available nearby, visit the designated point (e.g. Reception) to retrieve a battery key, release the battery from the frame and take it to the designated point where it can be charged.
Weekly brake checks
Test the tightness of the brake cables by squeezing each brake lever. When you pull the brake levers, they should be about 1 ½ inches (3.8 cm) away from the grip on the handlebars. If the levers hit the handlebars when you pull them, the brake cables are too loose. Contact the EVie team and a mechanic will be dispatched to fix the brakes.
Contact EVie
In the event of mechanical or technical faults with the bikes, locks or booking system, please contact EVie (01534 510 462 / support@evieondemand.com) and our team will assist with any issues. Our team will also call on a weekly basis to check-in and assist with any issues.
