Dear Friends, WELCOME to our 14th Annual Bull Sale. It literally seems like yesterday that we hosted our first. A lot of things have changed in the past 14 years as far as genetics, but our goals and philosophies have not. Our goals are to raise and bring to you the highest quality set of bulls that have both performance and are loaded with maternal power.

Every year we want them to be even better than they were the year before. If we would not turn any of these bulls out on cows ourselves, why would you.

We use the knife pretty hard to offer you lots of quality. We are just as hard on our cows, they each one have to work better than just being average or they do not stay around. We whole heartedly believe that this is the deepest set we have offered. There is a diverse set of breeds offered with hopes that we can have something for everyone. These bulls are backed by generations of cow families in hopes that we can raise and offer you the very best.

He came in off of his recip mama weighing 859 pounds. That is impressive and he did not stop there, it will be fun to run him across the scale before the sale. No matter what type of cows you run, with all confidence this guy will get the job done.

A full sister to this bull sold for a little over $20,000 last year. That has not been her only one. This bull will be part of our Pen of Three going to Oklahoma City. He has performance, is really good structured, well balanced and with lots of eye appeal. There is no question that with Steel Force and Saugahatchee in his pedigree that the females will be keepers.

When this calf was born we knew we had one that was special.

We do not do it very often, but only as a second calver we turned his dam into one of our donors. When they are made like this one, we needed to duplicate him. Our good friends Jack and John Stoltz raised this bull. Johnny said we have a good one here and we said bring him on. This bull is big hipped and long bodied.

We read him as a bull that would work awesome on a set of angus or black baldy cows. Study his pedigree, he is bred well.

Rooster has been a pasture favorite all summer long. His dam was the past Supreme Female at the 2017 Nebraska State Fair open show and her first calf won the honors of being Supreme Female at the Nebraska 4-H show in 2019. For all good reason Doodle Bug quickly became a donor. This bull is her natural calf.

Rooster is simply a truck being stout made, big hipped, and soft bodied with a cool front. With the popularity of the red cattle this bull would be an asset helping to maximize the performance on a set of red females. As for the rest of him, we will let you come to the sale and Rooster will do his own crowing, he is cool.
