Around the Bend of Time

Sometimes the future seems just out of reach. Doesn’t it? You desperately seek forward motion in your life to what’s unseen, unknown, just around the bend of time. You are convinced that what is next will always be better than what is, what was. But the future is stalled, in limbo. You do sense it is coming. You wait with anticipation. Believing that it will be, has to be better, even when now is really, really good. You’re filled with hope because that’s your nature, always dreaming for what might come. But, too much waiting disheartens, undermines your confidence. The past, the present, keep ahead of the future, blocking its arrival. So, you wait. What else is there to do? Because you can’t give up hope.
