Panzer Stadium opened in 2018 with new home bleachers, a press box, a video board, concessions, restrooms and a ticket office being completed in 2019. In May 2017, Ken Panzer, a 1982 Penn State graduate and former captain of the men’s lacrosse team, and his longtime business parter at Douglas Emmett, Jordan Kaplan, committed a $3.55 million to transform the Penn State Lacrosse Field into one of the premier lacrosse stadiums in the country. Additional gifts and donations brough the final total to $5.6 million. GoPSUsports.com BACK-TO-BACK • PENN NCAA STATE SEMIFINALIST 2019 32
