Meet the Artists

This NAIDOC Week Goolum Goolum has partnered up with professional digital story telling company Pink Lake Creative, from Dimboola, to bring you a short film featuring Elders in our community.

This night will also be an opportunity to meet all the budding Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander artists who are displaying their art for our annual NAIDOC Week Art Exhibition. The exhibition will be running for 9 weeks, from July 3rd till September 3rd.

Courtney Ugle Meet and Greet

Courtney Ugle, a proud Noongar woman from Bunbury in the South West of Western Australia will be visiting Horsham.

After losing both her parents in tragic circumstances as a young child, Ugle has used football to transform her life.

She is a player in the VFLW league playing for the Essendon Bombers. Ugle quickly developed into one of the leaders within not only the Essendon team but as a spokesperson for domestic violence, resilience and overcoming adversity for people all over the country.
