Goodwood Revival celebrates sustainable lifestyles by championing exceptional craftsmanship and the enduringly fabulous stories told by vintage treasures. ‘Revive & Thrive’ is the thoroughly modern message woven through the Revival landscape; a clever stitch with which the old is made new again, it runs through every carefully restored classic car and each beautifully preserved piece of clothing as it is passed from one generation to the next. Revival looks optimistically to the future and in 2024 introduced a mandate that all races be run on sustainable fuel – a landmark moment for historic motorsport.
Built to last and carefully restored with ownership spanning generations, many of the cars in action at Revival are one-of-a-kind. The Revival grid has seen a collective worth of £850 million. While some cars of such value and historic significance are confined to museums, at Goodwood they do what they were built to do: race. The stakes are unfathomably high as these priceless vehicles hurtle around the circuit.
Only at Goodwood can spectators get so close to these mechanical marvels, from Aston Martin project cars to lightweight Jaguar E-Types and even Ferrari 250 GTOs. Famous drivers from across the motorsport disciplines – including champions from F1, Indy, Le Mans, Touring cars and even NASCAR – come to Revival to compete and breathe new life into the history of racing.
Beyond the 160,000 people at the event, our partners are also able to reach Revival’s global digital audience through Goodwood’s world-class content. Revival welcomes over 550 accredited members of the press including the top lifestyle magazines, newspapers and motorsport titles.

Revive & Thrive brings together a community of experts and makers celebrating second-hand style, inspiring us to rethink, repair and re-wear. The Revive & Thrive stage features the hotly contested Best Dressed competition, fashion shows and a host of very special guests as well as live music and dancing. The destination for luxury pre-owned and vintage shopping, the Revive & Thrive boutiques have welcomed Hardly Ever Worn It, Turner Vintage, Inner Sanctum Vintage and a one-off revival of the iconic Notting Hill store, Virginia.
The full schedule of talks and demonstrations on the Revive & Thrive stage includes the #VintageStyleNotVintageValues series of conversations. This movement within the vintage community that encourages a more modern and inclusive approach to vintage is compéred by New York style activist, Dandy Wellington. In 2024, guests heard from designer Pearl Lowe and her model daughter Daisy, fashion historian Liz Tregenza, designer and author Patrick Grant and international icon of vintage style, Dita Von Teese.
Adjacent to the Revive & Thrive stage, The Restoration Yard shares interactive stories of restoring second-hand and vintage cars, motorbikes and bicycles. The highly-popular Revive & Thrive Workshop hosts specialist demonstrations, heritage craft experts and live restoration projects. Led by TV’s Dominic Chinea and Micaela Sharp, 2025’s workshop brought guests up close with incredible feats of artistry including Gilding with Dave Smith MBE, Upcycling Furniture with Lynne Lambourne and Sashiko Embroidery with the Great British Sewing Bee’s Annie Phillips.
