It’s hard to believe we’ve already entered the fourth quarter of 2026. As we reflect on an outstanding third quarter, I want to extend a sincere thank you to our entire team for your dedication and commitment to excellence. Your focus on delivering an exceptional customer experience and maximizing donor and transaction value continues to drive strong results across our organization. Through your hard work, attention to detail, and commitment to our mission, we achieved excellent Q3 performance and have built strong momentum as we head into the final stretch of 2026.

Honore Sales Floor Reset

Bi-Annual Keyholder Meeting

A sincere thank you to everyone who helped bring our Honore expansion to life. The updated layout, enhanced appearance, and additional hardlines selling space will help us better serve our shoppers while creating new opportunities for sales growth.

September also provided an opportunity to bring our keyholders together for our bi-annual Keyholder Meeting. It was a great day of collaboration, learning, and connection as team members from across the organization shared ideas, strengthened relationships, and continued building the skills that drive our success.

GIPB OPERATIONS Sales Milestone:

Westlake 5K

Collaboration in Action

Thank you to the team who represented GIPB at the 3rd Annual Westlake 5K benefiting the Tunnel to Towers Foundation. The event provided an opportunity to connect with residents, support a meaningful cause, and introduce community members to our new Westlake Attended Donation Center.

Our Risk & Safety and ADC teams recently came together for two collaborative training sessions focused on strengthening NetTrack reporting. By sharing knowledge and best practices, both teams demonstrated how strong partnerships help move GIPB forward.

One Team. One Mission September marked a significant milestone for GIPB, generating more than $4.98 million in sales and leading the organization in total sales for the month. This achievement reflects the dedication of our team and the momentum GIPB continues to build. Thank you for everything you do each day to advance our mission. Your hard work, commitment, and focus on continuous improvement made this accomplishment possible. Congratulations on a recordsetting month!

SAFETY & RISK MANAGEMENT Safety and Risk Management

Audits

We are pleased to share that the Solink platform has now been successfully implemented across both GIMI and GIPB locations. In conjunction with this rollout, additional cameras have been installed at numerous sites to strengthen our security infrastructure and further support the safety and well-being of our team members, customers, and assets.

Kevin had the opportunity to attend the quarterly Risk Team Meeting for both GIPB and GIMI in person alongside the GIPB team. Together, the team focused on advancing our organizational values of Prioritizing People and Pursuing Excellence through strong partnerships, ongoing training, effective communication, adherence to policies and procedures, and continued growth through Promoting Accountability. The meeting also provided an opportunity to celebrate team members Paulette, Lifonda, and Andria, who celebrated birthdays that week, recognizing their contributions and commitment to the organization. Additionally, Brendan, Paulette, and Andria joined the Operations and ADC Leadership teams for lunch, further strengthening relationships and demonstrating the value of collaboration.

Loss Prevention

Through September 2026, both GIMI and GIPB continued to demonstrate a strong commitment to Prioritize People by maintaining safe, and well-controlled environments for team members, program participants, shoppers, and donors. GIMI achieved a 97% YTD Internal Audit Index and 96% YTD Safety Index, while GIPB maintained a 89.8% YTD Internal Audit Index and 94% YTD Safety Index. These results reflect a continued focus on operational excellence, risk reduction, and compliance practices designed to protect people, strengthen the customer experience, and support mission delivery across both territories.

During September, our Loss Prevention focus centered on collecting price tags left behind in fitting rooms and incorporating them into monthly reporting. This effort helps identify opportunities to strengthen processes and procedures that reduce inventory loss.

Finally, a sincere thank you to Jamie, Jerry, and Beau for their dedication and hard work across our broad territory. Your ongoing commitment to keeping our team members safe, protecting organizational assets, and supporting our locations is greatly appreciated and continues to make a meaningful impact across the organization.

COMMUNITY ENGAGEMENT & RECOGNITION Recognition

Community Engagement Recap

We had a large crowd of 83 attendees for the GIMI September Recognition Breakfast. There was much to celebrate! Then later in the month, we celebrated with team members who have 10 + years of tenure! Over 100 people were invited to celebrate these milestones! At GIPB, over 50 heart cards were sent, 3 Bright Ideas were implemented, and 67 team members reached their 90-day milestone!

September was an active month for Community Engagement, focused on strengthening relationships and increasing Goodwill Manasota’s visibility throughout the region. Activities included hosting a table at the Lakewood Ranch Business Alliance Community Impact Showcase, attending the Breakfast with the Chair, Bradenton Kiwanis, the annual Manatee Chamber Leadership Retreat, Sarasota EDC Annual Meeting, and Longboat Key Chamber Annual Awards Dinner. We also continued partnership planning with FAU Athletics, exploring opportunities for future collaboration. Members of our GIPB team participated in the Westlake 5K, and some of the GIMI team participated in the Life Story 5k! These engagements provided valuable opportunities to connect with business and civic leaders, cultivate partnerships, and share Goodwill's mission and community impact.

MARKETING September Media Highlights NEW Sign Library Marketplace Power App Now Live! We're excited to announce the launch of our new Sign Library Marketplace Power App — a streamlined way for stores to browse approved signage, search and filter by specific location needs, and submit orders for multiple signs at once. HOW IT WORKS:

1. Browse the sign marketplace using the search bar and/or filters to find the signage you need

The app can be accessed through the link on our Marketing SharePoint page — just click "Order Signs”.

2. Select signs, specify quantities, and add multiple items to your cart

This is just the first version, and we already have a list of enhancements planned as we continue moving forward. We welcome any feedback, ideas, or suggestions on how we can keep improving the experience and make this an even more valuable resource for our teams.

3. Select the requester and delivery location, then submit your order — the request is sent directly to Marketing as a Helpdesk ticket for processing and fulfillment

If you'd like a closer look, we're happy to provide a tutorial or walk through the app with you. In the meantime, please feel free to explore it on your own, and don't hesitate to reach out with any questions!
