The most common stains are caused by acid-based substances that carry a negative charge. Since most fibers are positively charged, the negatively charged acid-based substances are attracted to the opposite charge of the fibers and bond, creating a stain.

Care & Maintenace TIPS ON HOW TO TAKE CARE OF YOUR CARPET For optimal carpet care, we recommend regular vacuuming at least once or twice a week, with more frequent attention to high-traffic areas, to effectively remove dirt and soil particles. For solids, gently scrape them off using a knife or spoon. 2. Apply a clean, damp cloth: Wet a cotton towel with warm water, wring it out, and place it over the stain.
