CUSTOM ORDER PROCESS
▾ Meeting
� Gain an understanding of the overall design concept, specifications, budget, quantity, and delivery timeframe.
� Select color poms.
� Ensure that provided designs are free from copyright issues.
▾ Design Proposal
� Prepare computer graphic artwork within approximately 3 to 7 working days.
� Please Computer graphic artwork is for image reference only. Refer to color poms for actual colors.
▾ Submission of Strike Off
� Upon confirmation of the computer graphic artwork, proceed to strike off production.
� The delivery time for strike off is 2 weeks.
� Note: Strike off represents color and design only and does not reflect the actual final quality/density.
▾ Confirmation and Approval of Strike Off
� Confirm and approve the strike off to proceed with production.
▾ Place Order
� Place the order to initiate carpet production.
▾ Delivery Time
� Production time ranges from 6 to 8 weeks, depending on quantity, number of colors, and alignment with the production schedule.
� Sea shipment times vary based on location.
