Valentine’s Day Red Velvet Cake Pops

This twist on the classic red velvet cake is the perfect sweet treat to make this Valentine’s Day. With only eight ingredients, and a quick, no-bake preparation, you can spoil your loved ones without spending too much time in the kitchen. • 1 cup of medjool dates • ¼ cup of almond flour • 1 tablespoon of coconut flour • ¼ cup of cacao powder • 2 tablespoons of beetroot powder • 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract • 1 tablespoon of maple syrup • 1 tablespoon of coconut cream
Instructions
1. Remove the pits from the medjool dates. Then, add the pitted dates to a food processor and blend until a ball forms.
2. Add almond flour, coconut flour, cacao powder, beetroot powder, vanilla extract, and maple syrup. Blend until a dough is formed. Add coconut cream and blend again.
3. Scoop out a tablespoon amount of dough at a time and roll into balls.
4. Roll balls in cacao powder and add a cake-pop stick to one end.
5. Store cake pops in the refrigerator for up to two weeks!
