Although Ben McWhorter has only been an Alfa Insurance Agent for seven months, he confidently serves clients with over eight years of experience in the insurance industry. As many can imagine, transitioning into a new career position can be challenging in any circumstance, but the Covid-19 pandemic presented unimaginable obstacles. to more people over the phone and discuss policies and coverages, as people had more flexibility. I think people were hesitant because they did not know my name, but I have a big history in the industry,” said McWhorter.
