It is a rebranding of Agenda 21 by the United Nations and has 9 basic tenants. 1. Move Citizens off private land and into urban housing. 2. Create vast wilderness spaces inhabited by large carnivores. 3. Eliminate cars and create “walkable” cities. 4. Support chosen private businesses with public funds for “sustainable development.” 5. Make policy decisions that favor the “greater good” over individuals. 6. Drastically reduce the use of power, water, and anything else that creates “carbon pollution.” 7. Use bureaucracies to make sweeping decisions outside of democratic processes. 8. Increase taxes, fees, and regulations. Implement policies meant to incentivize a reduced population.

Keep the year, 2030 in your mind. Now, you may be wondering why I deem this significant. Well, it has to do with the timing of the Rapture. The Rapture of the Church. The Rapture is an event that will take place sometime in the near future. Jesus will come in the air, catch up the Church from the earth, and then return to Heaven with the Church. In 1 Thessalonians 4:13-18, we are given a clear description of the Rapture: “the dead in Christ will rise, then we which are alive and remain shall be caught up together with them in the clouds to meet the Lord.” OK, “sometime in the near future!” How near? Many of today’s latter-day pastors and prophets say that the countdown to the Rapture officially began when Israel became a sovereign nation. That occurred on May 14, 1948, but others say the countdown began when Israel took back, or recognized, Jerusalem as their capital, which was 1967. The Rapture takes place 7 years before the final countdown of the Earth begins, known as the Tribulation Period. So, whatever date we come up with, we must subtract 7 years from it to allow for the Rapture. Jesus was asked by his disciples how long would the world last and what would be the sign of his coming. You can read His answer in Matt. 24. He says in vs. 34, “This generation shall not pass, till all these things be fulfilled.” In other words, what He was saying is that some of the generation of people alive and on the earth who see all these signs taking place would be alive to witness His coming. So, we ask ourselves, “How long is a generation?” The Bible answers that one for us in Psalms 90:10. “Our days on earth are seventy years; and if by reason of strength they are eighty years.” So, our time on Earth is 70 years on the average and 80 if we possess extra strength. Now for some simple math: Starting with 1967, the date that Israel recognized Jerusalem as their true capital, and adding 70 years for the average lifetime of a man, we get 2037. Now let us subtract 7 years for the Rapture, and we arrive at 2030!!! And, now you know the rest of the story!! Coincidence? Maybe, maybe not!!

Open Letter to the Black Community - Part 1 by Bishop E. W. Jackson Sr.

RICHMOND, Va., --The following is submitted byBishop E.W. Jackson Sr.: Dear Fellow Americans (of African descent):

Iwrite to you with great concern for the future of our country and the black community. Like most Americans, I too am angry over the killing of George Floyd. His death was a monstrous act, and former police officer Derek Chauvin deserves to have the full weight of the law brought against him. If the video we witnessed is accurate, Mr. Chauvin must be imprisoned for a long time.

However, my sadness reaches well beyond this single tragedy. The riots, looting and violence which have occurred in cities across the country will not reform, heal, unify or improve the lives and safety of black Americans. In fact, these actions are radically regressive and selfdestructive.

Black businesses are burned down, the owners are assaulted and essential grocery stores and pharmacies are destroyed. Cops and innocent bystanders are victimized and killed. The irony is that the victims are primarily those for whom the rioters claim to be seeking justice. History teaches us that communities wracked by riots and looting do not recover easily, if at all. They tend to become more impoverished and dangerous than they were before the upheaval.

The Proverb says, "where there is no vision, the people perish." The last time curfews were necessary to quell violence across the country was fiftytwo years ago in 1968. A half a century later, we face the same destructive reaction to racial grievance. It will not lead to one black child getting a better education. Not one black worker will get a better job, and not one inner city family will live in a safer community. If police departments are defunded, as Black Lives Matter is demanding, look for an outbreak of crime and violence in the inner city like nothing we have ever witnessed before.

The purpose of peaceful protests should be to secure a better life for those trapped by inner-city violence, drugs, gangs, and lack of educational and economic opportunity. If we are having the same violent protests over the same issues with the same negative consequences as 50 years ago, something is wrong with our approach.

There is a way out of this vicious cycle, but it is hard medicine. Black citizens must stop voting for a political party that espouses nothing more than racial demagoguery. Al Sharpton, a proven charlatan with zero

credibility, is trotted out to speak for the victims. No solutions are offered and no long term progress is ever made. Social and racial justice are popular slogans, but they are not a strategy for improving the lives of people.

Education has been used to uplift every demographic group that has come to America. However, inner city children whose ancestors are among the earliest to arrive on this continent, are trapped in failing schools. Educational choice offers a real solution, but black Democratic politicians block it at every turn. They send their children to the finest schools available while leaving the children of their constituents trapped in dead-end institutions.

Their betrayal doesn't end with education. These black politicians go to church every Sunday, and some of them are pastors. Yet they disregard the sin of abortion and its impact on the black community. Planned Parenthood founder Margaret Sanger was a rabid racist who admired Adolph Hitler and consorted with the Ku Klux Klan. She would have liked to exterminate black people, but satisfied herself with suppressing the growth of the black population through abortion. When eugenics proved unmarketable, she changed her brand to "planned parenthood" which sounds benign unless you know the truth. With the full cooperationofmanyblackleaders,Sanger's genocide against the black community continues to this day.

Finally, the single greatest social problem facing the black community is the destruction of the nuclear family. The out-of-wedlock birth rate has exploded to 72%. In some cities such as Richmond, Virginia it is 80%. The young men, born to single mothers, unwanted by their fathers, grow up with anger and abandonment issues. Desperately wanting to be wanted, they are easy recruits into a brotherhood of gangs, crime and violence. The streets are an outlet for their anger. Leftists complain that the criminal justice system tracks young black men from the school house to the jail house. But the "progressive" welfare policies of the Democrat Party put them on that track. Instead of encouraging stable, two-parent families, they incentivize single, female-headed households. They've been doing this since the 1960s, with horrific results.

Where is the plan for reversing the crisis of these communities? Where is the vision for a better future? Democratic leaders have led the black community to the brink of destruction with no hope for a better life. The black Democrat elites on the other hand experience the best Americahastoofferwhile leavingtheir fellow black citizens utterly hopeless.

Living posh lives, these so called black leaders and their white leftist counterparts tell black voters to hate and fear Donald Trump because he is their problem. He is the enemy. His rhetoric does at times make it easy for them to mischaracterize him. Nevertheless, Donald Trump has accomplished some remarkable things to benefit the black community. Historically Black Colleges and Universities (HBCU's) have faced financial hardship for decades, and he is the first president to provide a permanent funding solution.

He established Opportunity Zones for the inner cities to help spur economic development. He presided over an economy that saw the lowest unemployment rates ever for black and Hispanic Americans. He shepherded the Criminal Justice Reform Bill through Congress, correcting the legacyofthe Clintoneraoverreactionto the crack cocaine epidemic.

President Trump is actually doing something about the problems the black community faces while Democrats do nothing.

Democrats hope that if they can keep black voters fixated on hating Donald Trump and the boogey man of racism, they won't notice that the leaders they elected and the party they support are doing nothing. The voters won't notice that over 7000 young black people die in inner city violence every year. They won't notice the failing schools or the dropout rates. They won't notice the continuing decimation of the nuclear family, once the bedrock of the black community. The black Democrat politicians do not want black voters to notice that they are enriching themselves with blood money from Planned Parenthood. That organization kills around 400,000 black babies every year. The black population would be double what it is today were it not for the abortion industry and the Democrats they pay to keep quiet about the genocide.

It is time for black citizens to turn away from such corrupt leaders. It is time to denounce the rioting, violence and the anti-Christian philosophy of the Democratic Party which is only destroying black people.

We must come together with other citizens around a vision for the future of our community and our country that is rooted and grounded in faith. We've come this far by faith, but Democrats would have us burn the bridge that brought us over. That is suicide.

As America goes, so goes the black community. Black veterans fought under the same American Flag and took the same oath to the Constitution. While they did not always receive the respect and gratitude they were due, it is nonetheless true that no people of African heritage anywhere on earth are more free or better off than we who are blessed to be Americans. America is still the last best hope for all of us, regardless of race.

We cannot change the past. However, we can change the future. It is time to come together across all racial and cultural lines to renew the American vision of "one nation under God, indivisible with liberty and justice for all." It is within our grasp if we do not allow the radical elements among us to destroy it forever. We are at the precipice. There are those who would like to push us over the cliff into chaos. They think they will be there to pick up the pieces and create a socialist utopia, but history proves it will be a totalitarian nightmare.

Let us, as free black Americans, pull back from the precipice, push back against the anarchists and embrace the legacy of freedom, justice and hope for ourselves and the generations to follow.

Revelation 6:6 reveals that a time of great inflation lies ahead for the world during the tribulation such that a “quart of wheat” will sell for a day’s wages. Do we see the potential for this in our world? Absolutely! Venezuela stands as an example of devastating inflation caused by government debt and printing of money. The enormous debt in the United States alone along with its printing of money during the past decade has already pushed the economy to the edge of disaster. That, along with exceedingly high unemployment of over forty million, has moved America ever so close to a complete collapse. Any more shocks will push it over the edge to great economic catastrophe and mind-boggling inflation and bring the same to the world.

Violence

Scripture tells us that a world government will dominate the entire earth during the tribulation, over which the antichrist will seize control (Dan. 7:24- 26; Rev. 13:1-10). Today, we see this coming one-world government forming before our eyes. The UN now has a web page titled “Let’s Take Our Planet Back” athttps://unnwo.org/. An easy way to remember the link is to think “United Nations New World Order.” This website represents a more blatant revelation of the UN’s desire to create a New World Order, although it has always been quite visible under its stated Agenda 2030 goals of establishing a Marxist world order by 2030. The website puts a positive spin on the seventeen goals of Agenda 2030, which in reality reflect a Marxist/fascist world government in total control of the lives of people in every nation.

Surrendering of Rights

Since the onset of COVID-19, the willingness of people in the United States to surrender their rights and freedoms has astounded me. It’s also interesting that Israeli Rabbis believe the war of Ezekiel 38-39 could begin at any moment.

Apostasy

In both 1 and 2 Timothy, Paul warns of great apostasy in the church during the last days. This day has arrived. The widespread acceptance by so many churches of what the Bible labels as sin is just the tip of the iceberg. Just as the apostle predicted in 2 Timothy 4:3-4, people today flock to false teachers in great numbers. In some cases, these so-called pastors have become multi-millionaires as a result of their perversion of the Gospel. It’s far more popular for preachers today to regard vast sections of scriptural prophecy as allegory and proclaim a er from the brink of disaster, and the push for a New World Order may decrease. However, at the moment, this seems highly unlikely given the tremendous debt of many nations and the staggering high unemployment. Forbes online magazine recently stated that as many as 42% of the jobs lost in America may be gone for good. Could the growing lawlessness and riots push the US and world closer to economic collapse? It’s entirely possible. The history of the twentieth century tells us that the aftermath of great economic distress, war, or both provides fertile soil for the emergence of socialist/fascist dictators. I believe the antichrist will arise from the ashes of the coming worldwide chaos to seize control of the coming New World Order. Given the condition of our world at the moment, it will not take much to plunge the world into a great economic disaster or trigger the Gog-Magog War. The resulting chaos will provide the perfect opportunity for Satan to place his man in charge of the world order, which he will do. Bishop Harry Jackson Hosts Vice President Pence for Listening Session with Black Faith & Community Leaders

BELTSVILLE, Md., June 5, 2020 / Christian Newswire/ --Following the unjust death of George Floyd and a week of protests and violence, Vice President Mike Pence and Executive Director of the White House Opportunity and Revitalization Council Scott Turner today joined Bishop Harry Jackson, senior pastor of Hope Christian Church in Beltsville, Maryland, and author of the forthcoming book "A Manifesto: Christian America's Contract with Minorities," for a listening session with a select group of Black and minority leaders representing churches, businesses, educational institutions and nonprofit organizations.

The Vice President addressed attendees with brief opening remarks, noting his main goal during the event was to listen and learn.

"I couldn't help but feel that as our nation reels from the tragic death of George Floyd, that a place to start a conversation is a place of worship. It's the wellspring of our nation's strength. It's been the wellspring of our national unity and our steady march toward a more perfect union," Pence said. "It will not be enough for us just to heal our economy. We have to heal that which divides by breaking down the barriers to opportunity for African Americans and any American that's been left behind, so I'm anxious to gain your insights."

Jackson, who through The Reconciled Church movement has been actively engaged for many years in leading conversations and working with faith leaders to heal racial divides, equated the current climate following Floyd's death to the events surrounding the 1955 death of Emmett Till, which led to the start of the civil rights movement.

"His death was almost prophetic and symbolic of a time and season that change had to come. Black and Whites came together to address the civil rights movement, and we found momentum. I think we will similarly find momentum during this time," said Jackson.

Jackson noted that as a diverse nation, it is vital that every American feel loved and accepted. He stated this is not solely the role of government but requires all three sectors of our country –government, business and church –uniting together.

"Minorities need to hear that they are valued and that the lives of people really matter," Jackson said. "It's not just George Floyd's death alone. His death is representative of the nearly 400-year history of challenges we've had... This administration didn't create this problem, but it has the opportunity to help us heal." Following opening remarks, a select group offered personal reflections of their own experiences as minority leaders, fathers, educators, business owners and citizens as well as insight into a way forward. The representative voices provided input regarding a number of issues, including: • Ensuring Black youth feel heard and acknowledged; • Encouraging leaders of faith to use their platforms to address race; • Increasing funding and resources for Historically Black Colleges and Universities; • Tackling criminal justice reform; and • Providing more practical, hands-on training, evaluation and accountability for police officers. Pence assured those present the Administration is working with a commitment for equality in our nation, while mourning with those who mourn and grieving with those who grieve. He also expressed support for the right to peaceful protest, explaining that is why forces were mobilized to make space for peaceful demonstrations so voices can be heard.

"My prayer is that we as a nation have ears to hear, to listen to one another, with open hearts," said Pence.
