Licentiate Kimberly Fleming is a woman of Faith, a woman of God and a women filled with Love.

Kenneth is an exceptional 5th grade student at Trinity School for Children, Tampa, FL there he is going full speed to be the best. He enjoys helping his classmates make good decisions. He’s an energetic player on the school’s football team the “Trinity Tornados” and proudly holds the position of linebacker.

As a woman of Faith Licentiate Fleming trusts in God and she knows of His interest in her life. She loves His words and she hears His voice. As a woman filled with Love she loves everyone as God so loved the world; God lives in her and His love is made complete in her. She is a loving mother to her children, Juquan and Erika, and a loving grandmother to Aaden. As a woman of God she is a believer and has become a new spiritual person. The lifestyle she lives, her habits and desires have conformed to God’s will. She edifies Him and is constantly displaying the characteristic of a virtuous woman. Read more on page 5

As a babe learning in Christ, Kenneth adheres to the scripture he has learned so well in school, Isaiah 6:8, “Then I heard the voice of the Lord saying, Whom shall I send? And who will go for us?" And I said, "Here am I. Send me!" Kenneth is such a willing worker he is not afraid to stand up and be heard which is why he was chosen to star in a Jack Hartman's children's DVD educating the younger generation. Licentiate Kimberly Fleming Kimberly Smith Fleming is a women of faith who is filled with love, the Holy Spirit and is living the life God has planned for her to the fullest. Although a native of Buffalo, NY, she has resided in Tampa, FL the majority of her life. The source of peace is defined in God through Christ Jesus, for he is our peace.

According to the teaching of the word of God, Christians are urged to seek and pursuit the peace of God, to live peaceably with all men, having peace with one another and living a peaceable life in Christ Jesus. Search the scriptures: In the Old Testaments, times the word peace was spoken by men of old by means of greetings or salutations. King Joram instructed the men and sent one by one out to meet, greet, and say to the company of Jehu is it peace? 2 Kings 9:17 In the New Testaments, era, Jesus also instructed his apostles to go and they went and he said unto them, whosoever house you enter first say “Peace be to this house.” Matthew 10:5. Christ is the only way to peace (Sincere peace) Study to shew thyself approved unto God, a workman that needeth not to be ashamed, rightly dividing the word of truth. 2 Timothy 2:15 One good thing about the peace of God and the Truth of God is to desire it, it shall keep your hearts and minds through Christ Jesus. Jesus said, Peace I leave with you, my peace I give unto you: So let not your heart be troubled, neither let it be afraid. John 14:27

Gospel Songwriting O & A By Debra Thompson Cindy: I r ecently sang for a panel of judges in hopes to win a $1,000 cash price. I took my time and sang the song with all of my heart and soul. When my song was over, one of the judges exact words to be were “What Did You Say?” I was devastated! Why didn’t he understand the words that came out of my mouth? Debra: Have you ever hear d someone singing a song you r eally liked, but you couldn’t understand some of the words? That’s because the person doing the singing may not be doing a good job in clearly pronouncing the words they are singing. Some singers slur their words or mumble the words for effect, but sometimes singers don’t take the time to make sure their words can be clearly understood. How the words are pronounced may be based on what message you are trying to convey. There is no wrong way or right way to convey your message in a song as long as the listener gets the point and appreciates the way you deliver it. However, if all you want to impart is a great beat, nice music and a pretty melody, word recognition may not be as important in this instance. But, if you are trying to say something through the song, clearly enunciating the words is a good thing. Don’t go overboard, but make sure your singing can be clearly understood. Public Housing News North Boulevard Homes & Mary Bethune High Rise THA has budgeted about $1.7 million to demolish the 85 concrete-block apartment buildings on the site. The 820 apartments, including the neighboring Mary Bethune High Rise sites were built in 1941 and is home to 2,000 or more residents. Relocations could take a year and a half to complete and demolition is expected to start in 2017 or 2018. THA has budgeted $1.1 million to pay for the relocation and another $350,000 for counseling, classes and other support services. Residents being relocated have the option of choosing whether they want to move to another of THA’s 28 properties or receive a Section 8 voucher. As long as they comply with their leases, residents will have the option of returning to the public housing at the new development. In the end, total construction costs could reach $350 million. The City and the THA plan to apply for a $30 million federal Choice Neighborhoods grant in February and may know the outcome by the fall. This grant would help pay for infrastructure at West River and could help bring in other financing similar to the Encore project. At Encore, a $30 million Choice Neighborhoods grant use to arrange for another $78 million in financing. West River plan goals: Build 1,600 new townhomes and apartments, including midrise apartments on 12 acres one block from the river where the city now parks utility trucks. Reconfigure neighborhood streets to be more walkable. Leave Dunbar and Just Elementaries, Stewart Middle and Blake High in place. Move some athletic fields. No fields would be eliminated. Extend N Willow Avenue north to the Hillsborough River and create a commercial "Waterfront Square" where Willow meets the river near Rick's on the River. Replace Hillsborough County's West Tampa Neighborhood Service Center on N Rome Avenue with a new community center a few blocks to the southeast. Redevelop Julian B. Lane Riverfront Park at an estimated cost of more than $20 million. Create commercial anchors at key intersections such as Rome Avenue and Main Street. He enjoys helping his classmates make good decisions and he also enjoys taking part in the schools “Multi-Cultural Day” sharing dances and food from other countries. He’s an energetic player on the school’s football team “Trinity Tornados” and proudly holds the position of linebacker.

Kenneth enjoys learning in all topics but his favorite is mathematics. He states math is his favorite subject because… “I enjoy the things we are learning and I like the grade I get on my test.” As a babe learning in Christ, Kenneth enjoys listening to one of his favorite songs “Take Me To The King” by Pamela Mann, because he knows Christ is King. Kenneth adheres to scripture he has learned so well in school Isaiah 6:8, ‘Then I heard the voice of the Lord saying, "Whom shall I send? And who will go for us?" And I said, "Here am I. Send me!" Kenneth is such a willing worker he is not afraid to stand up and be heard which is why he was chosen to star in a Jack Hartman's children's DVD educating the younger generation. Having a spiritual upbringing with a solid foundation Kenneth is being taught the word of God and being raised in the way he should go. As an active member of Bell Shoals Baptist Church, Brandon, FL under the leadership of Senior Pastor, Stephen Rummage, he enjoys the Youth Service and plans on becoming an Youth Usher. Kenneth has also enjoyed being apart of the Youth Ministry and volunteering for the “Feeding America” food drive at his former church Faith & Truth Revealed Ministries, Tampa, FL where Apostle Dwight D. Brown served as his pastor. Kenneth’s hobbies are playing football & basketball, watching Cartoon Network, skating, bowling, going to the beaches and also playing his PS4 with his sister Kayla; he also likes spending time with his family and friends. He looks forward to watching his favorite football team, the Tampa Bay Buccaneers play and attending his older cousins Isaac’s college football games (Florida Atlantic University) and Joshua (Steinbrenner High School) high school football games.

Kenneth has passion for leading and helping people which is why he plans to become a professional football player and a lawyer. As Kenneth work towards his life’s goals he knows he can achieve all of his dreams through Christ as he gives him strength.

National Minority Health Month This year marks the 30th Anniversary of the Report of the Secretary’s Task Force on Black and Minority Health, released in 1985 under the leadership of former HHS Secretary Margaret Heckler. This landmark report marked the first convening of a group of health experts by the U.S. government to conduct a comprehensive study of racial and ethnic minority health and elevated minority health to a national stage. This milestone anniversary serves as a paramount opportunity to highlight national and local efforts towards eliminating health disparities and advancing health equity, including legislative policy and actions such as the Affordable Care Act, the HHS Action Plan to Reduce Racial and Ethnic Health Disparities, and the National Partnership for Action to End Health Disparities. Despite our country’s progress towards ending health disparities, racial and ethnic minorities continue to face significant health disparities. This means our work is not yet done and we need your help. KRAFT Lite Zesty Italian Dressing 4 small boneless skinless chicken breasts (1 lb.) 1 large green pepper, cut into thin strips 1 large tomato, chopped 1cup TACO BELL® Thick & Chunky Salsa 1 cup KRAFT 2% Milk Shredded Mild Cheddar Cheese 1/4 tsp. Pepper 2 cups hot cooked long-grain brown rice

How to Make It HEAT dressing in large skillet on medium heat. Add chicken; cover. Cook 4 to 5 min. on each side or until lightly browned. Remove from skillet; cover to keep warm. ADD peppers to skillet; cook 5 min., stirring frequently. Stir in tomatoes and salsa. Return chicken to skillet; simmer, covered, on medium-low heat 10 min. or until done (165ºF).
