£3000 annual fee

Placement cost per hire

£1000 for entry level

£2000 for experienced level

Programme One is a membership agency; no profit is made, and all fees are reinvested into Programme One

Our annual running costs

Since 2020, Programme One’s running costs have been £50,000 per annum, making Programme One a loss making entity.

A membership fee of £3000 per annum allows Programme One to breakeven and invest into helping your agency increase its representation of Black talent.

With your continued support, this extra investment will not only ensure the sustainability of Programme One but will provide you with over 5 years combined recruitment experience from Jasmine and Atta investing in... LinkedIn, technology such as, Workable and marketing tools to attract and progress Black talent

Programme One networking events, to create an extra safe place where Black talent can thrive, innovate and progress within the recruitment industry
