Mail Services

Gonzaga Mail Services is located on the south side of the BARC (817 E DeSmet Avenue). Students may receive and send packages/mail via USPS, FEDEX, and UPS. Mail Services provides most services a US Postal sub-station does, with the exception of Registered Mail and Money Orders. We offer certified, insured, priority mail, express mail, first class and international. Mail Services also has stamps, padded envelopes, poster tubes and packing materials for sale. We accept Bulldog Bucks, checks, and debit/credit cards (no cash). Students must pick up mail and packages at this location as there are no deliveries to residence halls or apartments. There are virtual mailboxes and secure lockers for distribution of mail/packages. Students will receive an email from Mail Services letting them know that they have mail. An email from the shipper saying the package has arrived does not necessarily mean we have received it yet. Students must have their ZAGCARD to pick-up mail/packages. We let students and families borrow hand carts for multiple packages, oversize and heavy loads. We have a large area for students to pick up their packages/mail and two large windows with two side doors for access into the parking garage. Mail Services is capable of receiving large items, such as mini-fridges, futons etc. and is a secure building. To Do:

Mail Services regular hours of operation are Monday through Friday, 8 a.m. – 5 p.m. Mail Services is closed on weekends and university observed holidays.

Outgoing USPS mail is picked up in Mail Services at 2:15 p.m. daily. Mail Services accepts Bulldog Bucks, cash, checks, and debit/credit cards with the exception of Discover and American Express.

All students must have an MSC in order to receive mail on campus. We do not allow the sharing of mailboxes due to security reasons.
