Asimismo y en más de un millón de metros cuadrados, contará con oficinas corporativas con la infraestructura óptima instalada para responder a las necesidades que un complejo de esta índole requiere." When discussing the topic of environmental responsibility the entrepreneur said, "Bosque Real is the only development that is currently authorized to generate its own energy and water by utilizing renewable energy sources, making it a residential development that definitely respects and contributes to environmental sustainability. The treatment of wastes and their proper handling is also a key feature. Of the six million square meters in which Bosque Real is located, more than three and a half million are green areas, therefore it was essential to provide services that do not negatively affect the environment."

Sobre la responsabilidad ambiental el empresario subrayó al respecto "Bosque Real es el único desarrollo autorizado al momento para generar su propia energía y agua por medio de fuentes energéticas renovables, convirtiéndolo en el residencial por excelencia a favor del medio ambiente. El tratamiento de desechos y su correcto manejo, de igual manera es un punto a destacar. De los seis millones de metros cuadrados en los que se encuentra Bosque Real, más de tres millones y medio son áreas verdes, por ello era indispensable ofrecer servicios que no afecten nuestro medio ambiente."
