Here’s the scoop on what going on in this issue:

There’s a youthful vibe circulating around Hartford, Ct.’s Goodwin Park Golf Course. That’s because the First Tee of Connecticut has taken over partial stewardship of the course as it seeks to grow its Hartford area footprint and enhance its programming.

The LIV Golf Invitational Series is coming to the Boston area September 2-4 when the new circuit rolls into The Oaks golf course at The International Golf Club. While surrounded in controversy, this is an opportunity for golf fans to see some of the best players in the world tee it up.

The Berkshire Hills of western Massachusetts is a superb area to spend a day playing nine or 18 holes. The area’s courses are routed over open land and gently rising hills.
