With three renowned hotels and 45 holes of top-quality golf, the Gloria “family” combine to make the most complete and impressive resort in Belek. With a total of 1275 bedrooms plus stunning villas, a 50 -sport area and activities and styles to suit all the family, it’s a huge proposition but perfectly split between three different hotels to give you choice and privacy at the same time.
Belek is now famous as the king of All Inclusive destinations with many fine golf courses and a myriad of hotels.

Our residents at the three hotels have priority access to the best teetimes on the 18 hole courses of Gloria Old & New and the 9 hole Verde. And as well as the super-impressive All Inclusive within the hotels, the All Inclusive is extended to the golf clubhouse.

The Gloria Serenity
There are five outstanding hotels in Belek and the Gloria Serenity is my favourite. The Maxx Royal and Regnum Carya may have more “wow!” factor and the Cullinan and Kempinski are certainly fine five-star hotels but the Serenity is unique in the area in having the aura of being a timeless luxury hotel. Whether it’s the level or service or decoration or just a certain “je ne sais quoi” it ticks the boxes every time for discerning golfers wanting a quality stay.
Of course, the fact that residents of the Serenity have access to the facilities of its sister hotel, means that the choice of restaurants and bars is almost mind-boggling.
Originally opened in 2007, the Serenity had a complete renovation in 2024. The main building houses 367 bedrooms over five floors and the 97 villas are dotted around the massive gardens.
The lead-in bedroom is the 39m2 Superior bedroom overlooking the gardens, you can choose a Sea View bedroom on one of the higher floors or a swim-up bedroom on the ground floor. Suites start at 65m2 and the two-bedroom Villas start at 86m2 or go big
bedroom Queen Villa with private pool.. Whichever accommodation you choose, the amenities are generous and classy.
Villa residents (from Deluxe Villa upwards) have a private butler, maid, buggy for use throughout the resort, access to the beach Pavillion in the summer months and a free upgrade to A La Carte dining once a week, plus VIP Fast Track at the airport.
For dining, there is the main buffet and Estela A La Carte (no supplement) both serving international cuisine pretty much 24/7, three
A La Carte snack restaurants, three sweet cafes, the beachside Pavillion, and up to seven A La Carte restaurants subject to a fee.
Drinking is just as extensive with up to nine outlets serving free (anything except premium brands) alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks, except for the Scarlet Wine Cellar where drinks are payable. And there are a further four free bars shared between the three Gloria hotels plus the exclusive (and payable) G Venture Private Lounges. And your minibar is refreshed free of charge once a day. The private beach is 400m long and offers sunbeds, towels, a snack restaurant, two bars and payable private pavilions. A lifeguard and security is provided during the daytime. Various sports are free except water sports.
If swimming is your thing, you have the sea and five outdoor and two indoor pools, two of which are dedicated to children. Of course, Deluxe Villas and upwards have their own private pool starting at 52m2.
The spa is 3500m2 of pure relaxation and has the most enticing smell of any spa I’ve been to. There’s a choice of treatments and brands, changing rooms and free access to the pools, Relax Vitamin Bar, steam rooms and Turkish Bath. All treatments and massages are payable.

There are 45 holes to play at Gloria Golf Club: the Old, the New and the Verde. All the courses use a modern blend of Bermuda grass which provides a nice tight lie. The greens have double fringes so your short game becomes crips and fairly aggressive.
The Old reminds me of the older and better courses around Vilamoura. It’s as flat as a pancake, cut through umbrella pine trees and requires mostly strategy and but does allow longer hitters to have some on some holes.
Just over 7000 yards from the back tees, the Old course is a classic par 72. Four of the short holes are over lakes and the other two lakes are more visual than actual hazardous.
The New course is more American in design, wider than the Old and slightly more contoured. More varied than the Old and pretty

to look at, there is one huge lake that properly comes into play onto four holes but the cute and short 12th which plays over a small lake.
Again measuring just over 7000 yards, the New is fine complement to its older sister course.
The Verde can be played as a 9-holer or combined with the front nine of either the New or the Old. A touch over 3200 yards from the back tees, the design is uncomplicated with very few fairway bunkers but small and well-protected greens. It’s fun and great for building up your skills including two tee-shots over water.
Gloria Golf Club is the only club in Belek that boasts of a Trackman and an excellent Golf Academy within gym, indoor Phil Kenyon putting school and simulation studios. The club really is the complete set-up for the keenest of golfers. Maintenance dates are spread over the three courses so there’s always at least 27 holes to play.
Aeration and course shaping takes place in the hot summer months and over-seeding is from mid-September to mid-October.

The Gloria Golf Resort
The oldest and biggest hotel of the three, Gloria Golf Resort opened in 1997 and has 515 bedrooms and 46 villas. Just renovated, I would place the Gloria Golf as the middle quality sitting behind Gloria Serenity and in front of Gloria Verde.
The Standard bedroom starts at 24m2 with Junior Suites at 35m2 and a Suite at 42m2. There’s also the two bedroom Family Suite of
60m2 (with or without pool access) and the 70m2 Gloria Villas are very popular with our clients not only for their super location in the gardens but also as Villas have access to some of the restaurants at its sister hotels.
Gloria Golf Resort has always had an excellent reputation for its food. With two international buffets, five A la Carte restaurants (one of which is free), five snack restaurants, three cafes, up to eight bars and use of the four bars open to residents of all three hotels. It’s quantity and quality!
The beach is a 500m long and features free sports, sunbeds and towels as well as lifeguard and security, two bars, snack restaurant and payable pavilions. Five swimming pools (two of which are indoor) as well as fantastic aquapark with 21 slides (9 for adults, 12 for children).
The Gloria Golf is fun, fresh and fantastic value.

The Gloria Verde
I class the Verde as a charming and older-style resort with a great location. Slightly dated but kept fresh, the hotel has 392 bedrooms and 21 villas and the atmosphere is always fun and friendly.
Bedrooms start at 27m2 and are comfortable and bright, the Junior Suites are slightly larger. Both bedroom types have shower only. The 75m2 Deluxe Suite has two bedrooms and is a great way of keeping the price of your holiday down. The 86m2 Select Villa overlooks the golf course and shares a communal pool and residents of the Select Villa have use of a buggy throughout their stay and upgraded All Inclusive including access to the other two hotels, exclusive bar and gym,
security and lifeguard offered as well as two bars, snack restaurant and payable Pavilion access. There are five pools, two more that are indoor and two overall for children. There’s a four slide aquapark and 1900m2 spa.
The Verde has an international buffet, two A La Carte restaurants, four snack restaurants, two cafes, and a selection of Room Service items overnight.

The Verde is unfussy and enjoyable and a very cost-effective way of enjoying a good level of facilities and service in a beach and golf location.
