La Quinta Golf Club has 27 holes, divided in 3 courses of 9 holes, which can be combined to have more playing options. Each are integrated in the natural surroundings of the area, from which one can view the Mediterranean sea and the mountains that encircle Marbella. Course A, San Pedro, has open fairways and short yardage, therefore, woods and long irons are mainly used in this course. Course B, Ronda, a fabulous course with narrow fairways and more difficult greens. Surrounded by amazing houses and villas from the Spanish high society, this uphill course leads to the Ronda mountains. Finally, Course
C, Guadaiza, although easier than course B, there are many slopes and a few dog legs. There is also La Quinta Golf Academy equipped with the most modern facilities, such as the digital swing analysis system. The club has been working on the landscaping and course quality together with quality of the services. A good example is the interval between each tee-time, which has been amplified for the comfort and benefit of the players - and the club has also incorporated a Bag Drop service in order to simplify the checkin process from the moment the player arrives to club parking until they are on the first tee.
