DAY 3 - AMSTERDAM > UTRECHT 26 Jul

Amsterdam was a small port city in the 12th century and developed into an important global trading port during the Dutch “Golden Age”. You visit the Royal Palace, nurmerous canals and the museum quarter on our tour of Amsterdam. And since a canal cruise is the best way to see the city, you round off the tour with a cruise.
You then take a coach trip ip to the popular fishing village of Volendam on the IJssel or Markermeer, which you will explore on a guided walk. You then drive out into the countryside and visit a local cheese factory where signature Dutch cheeses are made. There is enough time to taste and, if you wish, to buy a piece of cheese.
