The highest-ranked course in the Caribbean, Dye’s Teeth of The Dog course opened in 1971, and has been a bucket list destination since day one! The layout hugs the coastline, offering incredible views of the azure blue waters, which contrast strikingly against the immaculately conditioned greens that run true throughout the seasons. The course is aptly named after the sharp coral formations that jut out of the Caribbean Sea, creating unique and challenging obstacles for golfers of all skill levels. There’s great short game facilities too for those looking to spend some time figuring out the best way to score whilst on your break; after all, drive for show, and putt for dough!
If you’re looking for something a little less serious, then why not check out the night golf range that the resort have recently installed. Playing with glow-in-the-dark balls towards targets that are illuminated on the driving range, it’s a fun evening activity for all the family before heading in for dinner.

There are a lot of restaurants on-site at Casa de Campo, with cuisine to suit all palettes. We’ll try and fly through the main eateries here, but our sales team are also on hand to discuss some of their favourites when planning your trip.
The Minitas Beach Club offers fantastic food and an unparalleled view for guests looking to dine with a view. La Caña and La Piazetta are excellent choices for a la carte dining in the evening, with both French (La Caña) and Italian (La Pizetta) menus to choose from.
Overlooking the Teeth of the Dog course, you’ll find the Lago Restaurant which boasts a luxurious buffet and a perfect setting to kick back after the round.

The marina, and so much more…
As you’ve seen, there’s more than enough on-site to keep you entertained throughout your stay to Casa de Campo. However, if you would like to venture into the wider area, you’ll find lots to keep you and your group entertained. History buffs should certainly check out the Altos de Chavon – a replica 16th-century Mediterranean village with a stunning church, amphitheatre, art galleries, shops and restaurants. The nearby city of La Romana is also known for it’s rich history, as well as a splendid local market which is ideal for picking up some souvenirs of your trip to the Dominican Republic. Nearby, you’ll also find Catalina Island – a hotspot for diving and snorkelling, as well as Cueva de las Maravillas, a beautiful cave system complete with centuries’ old paintings.
There’s also plenty to do around the Casa de Campo marina, with a plethora of shops and bars – as we as an annual international fishing tournament if you happen to time your visit right!
