WELCOME I guess they are right, time does fly when you are having fun! To put in perspective just how fast time is flying: We are weeks away from the New Year and which means we are mid- way between the 2016 & 2017 Bloomington Gold Corvette Shows. Wow. Some of you, including my staff, may panic at the thought, but I think for the vast majority of us, we find the thought puts a big smile on our face. To think, Bloomington Gold 2017 is just around the corner! We have been very busy since the last weekend in June. In addition to attending a number of Corvette events, we also held a modified version of Bloomington Gold in Charlotte this past October. If you attended Bloomington Gold Charlotte, we hope you enjoyed the event. If you were unable to attend, what an experience you missed! The Gold Collection was a fabulous display of 24 cars that did more than represent the 7 generations of Corvette; it gave attendees a story and special Corvette behind each generation of the Corvette. Bloomington Gold guests were also privy to private tours of Rick Hendrick’s collection, and 20 Corvettes became the newest group to receive Bloomington Gold certification. A section of the Trackside Suites will be dedicated to Clubs at the 2017 Show. This will allow a special place for Corvette Clubs to once again gather, socialize and fly their club banners. In addition, the suites are air-conditioned and offer various catering options. And, there are custom t-shirts in the works! *The Club Suite option will replace Club Parking at the 2017 Event.
