can be very flexible – little did I know I started in real estate sales part-time with Avalon Real Estate in 1980 when my first daughter was very little The business took off, and I ended up developing a 12-unit c o n d o c o m p l e x o n th e i nt e r c o a s t a l waterway with a partner in 1982 We sold them completely out in 1983 in less than one year from start to finish
